I'm thinking about becoming a Zab Judah fan

Well maybe not but Clottey sucks. Boring, lazy. I'm definitely rooting for Zab. First. Time. Ever.

I was one of the original members of the "Zab isn't worth a shit" club and had to put up with countless wacko posts from Starr and Purist and whoever about Zab's "potential" but I can't root for Clottey against anybody.

This is kind of a meaningless post (then again I made a thread in the hidden board asking if people give explanations when they edit so why go relevant all of a sudden) but it just struck me that I was rooting for Zab, seems slightly surreal.

Zab by early TKO. Hopefully.

I'm taking Judah over Clottey as well. Another loss (especially to Clottey) and Judah is done. And he knows it. Except for chin, I think Judah holds every advantage over Clottey

This is bizarre, ME TOO. And I hated Judah, but now Judah is even my avatar on another site. I realized it in a thread with Daxx where I realized, Zab Judah cracks me up. He's hilarious, easily the funniest guy in boxing, easy.

I think it's because Starr is gone and I don't have to listen to all those ridiculous excuses and defenses of Judah. I like Clottey but like you I'm rooting for Judah and for the first time ever.

I been always Judah fan until when fought with Baldomir , he didnt act in that fight like a Pro and that is why he lost that fight , but i rooting him against Clotey....................;D

I've said this before but I want to start a campaign to have some sort of Zab Judah VH1 reality show. I think it would be possibly the greatest thing ever. Someone else, I think SweetPea, pointed out that it's a shame that there was no 24/7 when Zab and Mayweather fought. Who cares about the Mayweather feud, could you imagine if you had a show with the Mayweathers and Zab and Yoel? Nonstop laughter.

I'm going to go ahead and call myself a Zab Judah fan but I came to this conclusion about a month ago. It was actually based on this picture. I just crack up everytime I see this for some reason.

Hate Zab but he`ll definetely have too much for clottey in this one.

Wont land half the amount of shots that zab will, and will eventually get worn down for a late zab KO.

But just for the record i hate judah almost as much as i hate hopkins, chop-chop, taylor and junior witter!!!

To me Clottey is a big tough Welterweight with decent skills, he is certainly got the role of the big risk and little reward fighter.. Clottey is solid and has tremendous upside

Its not that I don't think Clottey's good, he's pretty good, I just don't like him.

Judah probably won't do enough. Although its not like Clottey's a real busy fighter either.

I have always liked Zab. He is entertaining and his fights are never boring.

He is a nutcase personality but I will always watch his fights. Why do you ask? Well the fight will be good in some way shape or form. He has enough pure talent to potentially beat anyone on a given night, even though his being nuts will almost always fail him. He is just funny.

He still gets big fights for a reason. Anyone he fights usually ends up truly tested by that left hookercut and speed he possesses.

Thats what i think.

The fact Zab is a complete thick moron doesn't make him any less entertaining.. and that's all i care about.

I believe he still gets/can get BIG fights because although physically a tough test - he's also pretty safe... as in he's too mentally weak to beat an ELITE fighter - Cotto, Floyd, Mosely etc...

I'll become a fan of Zab when he's announcing his retirement.

Though, Clottey is no fun fest anymore himself:rolleyes: I haven't seen Clottey look sharp since his fight with Margarito; seems alot of his fire is gone.

I still don't see Zab beating Clottey though. Mental strength and chin are in Clottey's favor; which is just about enough now to beat Zab. Probably a more than 50/50 chance it will be a snooze session after the 6th round.

Ultimately Zabs getting his ass beat by his pop's these days so he better bring the arsenal with Clottey.I do think Clottey is just going through the motions as of late.Could have ignited Alvarez late but waited around.He is much more 'grounded' than Judah,stronger/stiffer hitter but needs to shift gears to keep up with Judah early,Show some consistant fire.....Judah is tattered and worn late after usual early sharp punching with movement & is one fight from becoming resume padding Imo.
