Yusaf Mack Naba Boxer Of The Month!

Who says hard work does not pay off. On October 6th Yusaf Mack was beating Andrade and also Knock him down in the 1st round. The first time Andrade hit the canvas. Yusaf had a horrible camp for that fight. Yusaf has now grown up and had two solid camps and two solid wins.

Ranking come out tomorrow for the WBA and we hope to be in the top 10. We will be defending the NABA against an opponent to be name later in August, so we are getting closer to the WBA title. Yusaf also wanted me to give a hello to his fans!!

On a related note, my little brother just got co-student of the month for his school's entire 6th grade class. No word on if he has fans or not.

Mack is a decent fighter I don't see anything about him that jumps out at me really but I only got to see about half of his Judah fight.

if you saw his other fights he is improving, he is about 60%. So he will only get better.

Congrats to Mack.... :appl: this should motivate him.

I would like to see Mack vs. any of these guys.

I think Cloud would be to good for Mack!

Mack would destroy Spina & Griffin. He'd clearly defeat Branco to IMO.

Not sure about George, he didn't really impress me that much against Byrd. I think it would be an exciting fight with Mack. I'd favor Mack!

Last time I saw Spina he almost got KO'd by a guy he was supposed to out early on WNF.

Its not Spina he said no, Cloud will be fighting in the elminator so he will be for the future.

Why doesn't Mack fight in Los Angeles? For his west coast fans. Why is he discriminating against them?

That would be great, but we are based on the EAST COAST! I did not know that DEMISE was a fan. You are usally downplaying my boy! Still no word on opponent.

Any good venues in LA that seats 1500 people?

I always considered Mack a great talent. He has very good skills. I think he was lacking in stamina and chin. You say it was due to the weight. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I wasn't overly impress with his performance against Judah. But it's a start.

Between me and you I hate when the boy wiggles his legs and mocks his opponent, but there was all kinds of talking from Judah's camp. Judah would not stop jawing at the weigh in till Mack said winner take all. It was great with all the yelling between camps at the weigh in. Have to LOVE this SPORT!!

If you watch the fight Mack was stomping his feet to Judah to fight, but that was not Judah's stlye. Mack pretty much dominated the fight. It is a really good start. Ranking come out tomorrow for the WBA hope to be 8-9.

When camp starts we will continue are work and keep quality sparring with Adamek and others.

Yea I saw that, and by then I think he should have been focusing more on putting judah away then making flash. I think he let Judah get some legs under him by doing that. I also thought he waited to counter judah after hurting him early...when he could have pushing forward more at that point. Overall I think he looked well and in good control.

That is true, but he was in terrible shape and weight drainned. That is the past. We are living in the present. NABA champs and getting ready for our next fight.

Yusaf has worked really hard, and at last is finally realising the sacrifices he has to make if he is going to make it to the title. He deserves the success he getting, he has spent the last 6 months working his butt off. Although the Judah fight may not have as exciting as it could have been, Yusaf was working on a number of things, one of which was control which he will need when fighter better quality opposition, also Judah has made nearly all of his opponents look bad in the past where as Mack actually beat him more convincingly then anyone else including Glen Johnson, Eric Harding etc, the best it still to come.

What a load of crap, please keep feeding Yusaf crap fighters it is the only way he is going to keep winning, the top guys will kill him, stick to the journeyman, Judah must have had an off day because 9 times out of 10 he would beat Mack.

Depends on how much of a step up you're looking for. If you're looking at someone at or near the top 10, Chris Henry might be a viable option, though I'd have to go against your guy if I was being honest in who I thought would win.

I think Mack could beat Henry

Henry, George, Brahmer and Ulezkov thats who I will be looking at. Plus any of the champs too if we would be so lucky.
