Well ESPN2 has undefeated powerpunching Colombian

Breidis Prescott 18-0-0 (17 KOs)

vs.

Juan Carlos Rodriguez 51-22-2 (39 KOs)

140 lbs. 10 rounds Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Prescott looks to be the clear favorite on record alone, but he has been in against very limited competition 17 of his fights in Colombia and 1 in Panama. He has also fought very few guys with winning records. What we can tell about him though is that he definately has the power to turn this fight around at any point.

Rodriguez has been in against much better competition like Hector Camacho Jr., Herman Ngoudjo, Carlos Vilches, Vince Philips, Cosme Rivera, and many more. Of course he has lost everytime he has stepped up and has been stopped already 10 times in his career. At 35 years old the clock is running out on him.

My Take, Prescott by early KO he's definately looking to impress in his American debut and has an opponent with a chin that will allow him to do that.

Over on Telefutura Abner Mares will be featured to put another notch on his record.

...looking forward to seeing how much the vet still has in him.

I'm excited to get a first look at this guy. He's Colombian, you might know what to expect. I don't think there is a Colombian Paulie Malignaggi. Every single one of them it seems possesses huge power. We'll see how much power he does have and what he has to go along with it.

Really want to see Mares too though.

Foster was a helluva fighter.....He got bounced at his peak of title reign and went on after with little apparent effect.Consider all....I believe of his losses were against more than capable qualified Heavyweights? Save for the very last ??
