no. the looks of the site is very important. its the door that invites people to enter in it. if the entry portion looks bad, then expect a few turns out. one concrete example is me. i opened up an account but decided to leave after because of the looks. i too find the esb sites design cool (though there are lots of assholes there)Quote:
