Hatton I feel has proven himself that he can dance against the best. Now "prospect" I consider fighters with anywhere from 10 to about 25 bout's or so 39-0 I would say is no longer prospect.
Cotto takes my vote in this one. He has fought great fights taking his style to other levels and improving as time goes on. Love that posture of his in the ring.
Vaulev has potential but I really can't comment on him, only seen footage and clips of his fight's.
Messi I would say would be runner up If he can get his shat! together and clear up his mess then train hard I can see a potential Champ.
I vote for Peter just because the HW division is so terrible and he has the most chance to make a change in it. Just my opinion.
I say cotto has all the tools to be one of the greats.
good joke.Quote:

Yeah but for peter to conquer the division he needs to be vitali and thats nilly an impossible task for any current heavyweight.Quote:

Cotto like any other prospect has more to learn. He will gain more knowledge about himself as a boxer with tougher and tougher opponent's. He can only get better.
thats how i feelQuote:

he will end up being a top-level guy who cant beat any other top level fighters.
not true,Quote:

Corely was able to outbox him? If you say so. It was like any other Cotto fight he takes his time, moves side to side, pick's his shot's, of course he gets hit the opponent will take advantage of this style. But that Corely outboxed Cotto one can argue that statement he probably did in a couple of round's BUT ultimately what matters is that the number in your record next to the WINS: moves one up and NOT in the LOSES:.Quote:

I've said it before and I'll say it again if they fought today Cotto vs. PBF or Hatton they would beat Cotto. Miguel is still a little green he still need's a couple of more fight's under his belt. I would hate to see happend to him what happend to Vargas, Anchondo, Bojado and thats take fights against people out of their league I like the way they are hadling his career Cotto is of a New Generation, one day he will be in the spot light against a champ but let's NOT get ahead and destroy what is the future of boxing. Give it time Cotto will be GREAT.
And to be honest with you I think in about 2-3 more fight's I could see him facing any of the top fighter's.
ok. I agree with you on that. you must be missing thw point.Quote:

I think as far as change it would be I say he get's a new trainer the father/trainer does NOT work well into a career at the begining yeah! it works but it has to change. But as far as his style I've heard opinion's go both way's, some say good others say bad. You say it's bad thats your opinion, you say these top contenders can and will see his FLAWS, well the last time I checked Cotto is not blind, What? He can't see his opponent's FLAWS? Every boxer learn's something new everytime they step up in the ring. You mean to tell me Zab, Kostya, Hatton etc.. are flawless. Actually come to think of it. Can You name a FLAWLESS boxer??? You talked about his stands, for him to change his stands and other thing's I can asure you that another FLAW "as you call them" will turn out. If boxers didn't have FLAWS then we would have a lot of undefeated boxers cuz they would all be FLAWLESS. As I end many of my replys once I feel I've stated my case well.Quote:

he will never chance his stance because that will change his whole fighting style.
corley is an extremely talented fighter and former world champ, he even beat zab judah on one judges score card.Quote:

i dont remember all of the knockdowns but the one in the first was a slap on the side of his head and when he realized that corley was off balance he kind of pushed himQuote:
