Margarito will win, again, against Clottey. Clottey will break his hands on Tony's head again and it will play out the same as last time; maybe late stoppage this time.
I want him to fight Williams again; I need to see Tony avenge that loss or at least try.
If Clottey will be injured again then Margo will probably win... I'm just hoping Clottey will be 100% healthy throughout the fight... ;)Quote:

Margarito was suffering through a couple injuries before the Clottey fight as well. And didn't Clottey break his hand IN the fight with Tony; not before it? And if he keeps punching Tony in his hard head in the rematch he'll break it again;D:tease-new:
Seriously, Margarito is possessed right now and he didn't go through hell with Cotto just to have someone take his spot at the top. Going to be a rugged, brutal fight though.
Antonio Margarito also had a sprained ankle and a shoulder injury in there first fight which people seem to forget and Joshua Clottey didn't break his hand he broke his thumb i believe.

I guess I'm one of the few who feel Clottey legitimately would've won their fight if he hadn't hurt the thumb, or whatever it was. I know, he has bad stamina, and MArgarito is a freight train who never tires, but imo Clottey was outclassing Margo with great counters and then suddenly could throw hardly anything? He obviously did hurt the hand during that fight. And sure, Cotto was outclassing Margo even worse for 5 or 6 rounds ,but he began to really take a beating after that. Clottey still went 12 without ever being hurt. IF this rematch does go through, I think Clottey wins a clear, hard fought UD. All he needs to do is bank enough early rounds, and he is capable of doing so.

Its gonna take me a while to get excited about this.
Just doesn't seem like a whole lot of suspense. Clottey can't keep up the pace Margarito can, he will get outworked down the stretch just like he did last time.
Margarito-Clottey will be a good fight with Margarito just being too strong too relentless.
Williams was lucky last time when Tony meet him again different story Margarito KO 8
I think Marg will win a close maybe even disputed decision. Undercard would be decent if Martirosian would be stepping up instead of another TBA.

:mad: Really disapointed with this fight. Sure Margo and Clottey had a close decision and its a risky fight because we will see a healthy Clottey if it goes according to "plan". But for the same risk why not try to avenge a loss? I would of loved him to fight Paul Williams... Call Oscars bluff.
