Wasn't on the telly last night, was stuck watching Bradley and Cherry:shakehead:
Watched Valazquez get beat by Rohas, then....the cut was managed well, but the fight definitely won't be getting its own thread:(

Yeah i woke up to see the Guzman fight but Cherry - Bradley was top of the bill then they said teh campbell fight was off. I came on the net and watched the Marquez fight on a stream . Casa looked his age last night . Vernon really avenged his loss to Mora . Props to him .

It was a very good fight. I couldnt believe it when Casamayor went down the first time. And then he got up swinging and Marquez was hunting for the kill and down went Casamayor again. I was stood up and shouting at my television all the while.
Thats why I love boxing. Nothing else can make me do that.

Yeah it takes a special fighter to move up in weight and fight a crafty champion with a good defence and do something most thought was impossible, stop him. JMM is one of the best fighters of the last 15 years and a top 3 Mexican fighter of all time, maybe higher in terms of skill imo.

Juan Manuel Marquez is my favorite fighter at the moment he is the modern day version of Salvador Sanchez a terrific fighter.

Ahh! man...
It's 10:53 am now and I kid you not the second I posted that (which I couldn't find the reply button it took me a good 5 minutes or so it seemed that way at least) I just leaned over and KTFO! on the bed.
I was pretty wasted last night, my girl and I went to a baptism they held the reception at their beauty of a house the back yard is 2 sections so in one of the sections by the bar they have a 60" flatscreen mounted to a wall and that's where we watched it.
In the begining of the card there was about 4 of us by the time the JMM fight was gonna start about half of the people there moved so they could see the fight.
I can say this as I now the people wont ever read it but I enjoyed that baptism solely because they had the fight on. ;D
oh! and the al-kee-hall helped. ;)
