One Of The Strangest Comments I've Seen.
SOB, do not try to get in the way of miserable people, they get so vicious. leave them alone and don't distract them from their eventual suicide.
Please, unhappy people just kill yourselves get it over with. Suicide is your only option.

Hmm I was thinking this guy is a complete wanker, and then to my dismay I see he is in the Baggins Clan
What the hell happened to my once fine organisation

Re: One Of The Strangest Comments I've Seen.
That assface is just another one of the Slug Out Boxing viral marketing team. He once billed himself as "the Slug Out camera man". I've also seen him claim to be Kid Thunders best friend in real life. Like SOB, he's just an idiot who's here to drum up interest for that stupid company. They should all be banned at this point IMO. I like Kid Thunder and I'd be fine if he stuck around, but I'm getting sick of dealing with this stupid shit.

Re: One Of The Strangest Comments I've Seen.
I have to say Stacy's comments have been increasingly bizzare. Mind you ever since I just started dealing with him I thought he was kind of odd. We've only had to deal with him since before the Dumas fight, but we think he has Tourettes, literally youll be talking with him about something, everything is totally cordial, and he just hangs up out of the blue. I have never dealt with somebody like that before. Thank god Andrew didnt sign a long term contract with him so I can start getting him fights out of Arkansas, and then I dont have to deal with this weird shit anymore

Re: One Of The Strangest Comments I've Seen.
Yeah Stacey sent me a PM the other day saying: "Why did you call me a clown, what have I ever done to you?"
I'm like yeah ok. I called him much worse names like Bottom Feeder, Hack, etc when he and I got into it in the calling out thread he made. I guess "clown" just rubs him the wrong way

Ive had screaming boughts with matchmakers at 2 AM over pay that were more cogent then some of the things Stacy says. Ive never dealt with a promoter that was that off his nut. I cant wait until October 17th and the Gerard fight so I can start booking Andrew, myself, out of town. Every time I talk to Andrew,Stacy has made some new fucked up decree. I should have known something stunk when I called one of my Illinois matchmakers about Andrew, and got a big sigh followed by,"Yeah(second sigh)I know Stacy.".
Ive only got to get through October 17th,and then I can go back to dealing with professionals:(

Yeah I called him a clown and other names. I am generally easy to get along with but when he came here he was looking for trouble. He wanted controversy and attention. I guess he got what he asked for.

You think Thunder will win that ?
BTW when Thunder has the money could you encourage him to fight Violent Demise in LA. I would pay PPV price to watch that fight.

Well let him face a few more fighters and then he can afford LA.
And you don't need to know anything about VD. He ain't boxed as a pro. So surely Thunder will kick his ass.

Never,ever make that assumption,Christs sake,Andrew has balls of brass,but he's welterweight
Next thing I find out is VD is a heavy with a full amateur card, and get my boy killed

Re: One Of The Strangest Comments I've Seen.

Re: One Of The Strangest Comments I've Seen.
This is intriguing......anyway for Legion to set up a type of fundraiser with both fighters in a snake tank?

Exactly. When we are talking about club fighters, they sometimes start out with less real training than a lot of Golden Gloves amateurs. Some guys get put on card as opponents with a couple months of shabby training. I got started too old have an amateur career, and I'm not particularly interested in getting beaten on regularly as a second job, but guys like me, or guys with even less training, get pulled into fights. In some ways, it's easier to find a pro fight than an amateur. Amateur trainers are more protective than pro promoters.
I saw a guy on a locally televised card who didn't have a clue. He was a fat 5'9" HW who was so clueless my trainer probably wouldn't even let him spar yet. Thirty seconds into the fight, I could see how if would end - rightcross over the top of sloppiest jab I've ever seen. And that's what happened in the first round.
There's a guy at my gym who was a 6-1 amateur. I've seen him fight. I've seen Andrew fight. It wouldn't be close. He would also beat Dumas like a rented mule. I don't think Violent D is one of those guys, but you never know.
TM, can you at least talk Andrew out of throwing lead overhand rights? That would be a good start! ;D

Re: One Of The Strangest Comments I've Seen.
You know what?? F#CK that dude!!!!!!!!!!!! I personally don't see a problem with him promoting crack babies and track demons in the corners of Arkansas; who gives a f#ck!!
Dude talks all tough though and tries to tell Americans about the Constitution and how he's gonna get a gun and kill for his rights....whatever. No one threatened his rights; people just expressed their opinions on the best interests of retarded people being put in the ring. All he is is a little toy with a string on his back that you pull and noise comes out. Pretending to stick up for that stupid mongoloid Kid Thunder; f#ck him too. I hope he gets knocked clear out of the ring and lands on his stupid face. Hahahahahahahahaha. That's about how sick and tired I am of this bullsh#t being on Saddo's. I just ignore both of them now. Ignore them and they'll go away. They don't even want to make their bones on the main board and want to spam the other sections up. Sometimes those turds are too big and don't flush on the 1st try.

Oddly enough the two punches we've had the lengthiest conversations about is the overhand cross, and the uppercut. For a power punching welter he's on the short side,so he needs to press. To press he needs better defense and a straight up the pike uppercut, and an overhand cross. He cant just sit back waiting for a big looping hook. He's got to ride his opponents jab in on a block get in and press the guy,or jab and come in.The constant waiting on a big hook has got to end,and Ive been beating that in to his head.

Of course he needs that punch as a counter to the jab, but from what I saw in the Dumas fight, threw them "naked" several times, especially at times when he seemed frustrated. I'm a short fighter, too, and I use the overhand for the same reason, and it's a necessary part of his toolkit, but it needs to be a counter or behind a stiff jab, right? Best of luck to you!!

A good combo for a shorter fighter to consider, taller fighters have an allarming tendency to throw a flicking or pawing jab.
When it comes
Hard block it out, slide in maintaining contact with the jab hand, hook to the body, bringing your opponents power arm down, uppercut straight through pike, then cross across the bridge, then either press and let them carry you or start working the body like it owes you money
