Like the new direction Oasis are going,very good new sound and much deeper and dirtier than i expected.

Verve have had some great tunes but go back through Oasis back catalogue and it's tune after tune after tune...
A few dodgy Albums yeah but Noel Gallagher has now gotta be one of the best song writers this country has ever produced... with ease.
When you see em live they sound so good and the new band are top musicians,add to that Ringos boy on drums and it's game over imo.

Richard Ashcroft is the Boss as 1 of the best british song writers.Oasis are just old men living and behaving likes daft kids:rolleyes:,no wonder their got attacked on stage by a stranger!Ha!

We'll agree to disagree;D but the stats go with Oasis anyway i'm a big fan of all 3 and have seen em all live a good few times (Ian Brown was embarressing live-terrible voice when heard live and we even left early)

Weird thing i find (and the Kings of Leons frontman said this the other day) is that everything we find shit the US seem to like and vice versa..
very British thing Oasis and Liam f*cked things up years ago when he called someone in the Audience a yank cunt then spat on them (DID NOT go down v well) plus he pulled out of the MTV unplugged gig stating he had a sore throat then sat in the balcony chain smoking and kissing his missus (MTV were seriously pissed off about that)
Noel still has a long way to go before he's anywhere near the guys you mentioned (bar Elton Wrong);D
The Kings of Leon are Massive over here and currently number one and are pretty non existent over your side.
Baffling as they are imo the best rock band on the planet at present and are amazing live.

Ive been listening to it. Its still new to me so havent decided fully yet. Liam's tracks do seem to be getting better and better.
Will give it a few more spins. The sound is somewhat different on a number of tracks. To be where there's life is utter crap. Im outta time is really nice though.

I like the Killers and they formed after they saw Oasis in Las Vegas years back funnily enough,inspired them to form a band according to their frontman with the dodgy tash.
