Easily the most stupid thread ive read today and i have been on ESB.
I would have to go for Calzaghe on this one. Mayweather is a titch.
P4P Floyd Mayweather would win comfortably.
In all honesty this goes 12 rounds, Floyd lands a lot more punches, but Calzaghe just swamps him with workrate which is the only thing judges see, so they would give him the decision.
I don't think Calzaghe could get down to a weight that Floyd could get up to.

Mayweather is the better skilled, more polished, and more intelligent fighter.
Discussing who would win in a fight between the two is a bit ridiculous though.

This is hard to imagine cuz the difference is size is so vast . The closest thing we haver to compare it to is Hopkins vs Oscar .
With that in mind Calzaghe would have to be a pretty comfortable favourite to win it
Very hard to compare, we would have been better off with a Whitaker Vs RJJ matchup

Oscar was a shop worn 6rd fighter and still nearly beat Floyd. Prime Oscar would beat Floyd soundly at 135,140 or 147. As would Mosley and Tito (prime) those guys late 90s were great fighters who could hang in any era and actually fought the best.
Who knows Floyd might read this and actually clear out a division instead of fighting the weakest champs (Gatti @ 140, Baldomir 147).
Great fighter but not as great as everyone makes out, didnt fight enough other greats.

Fighter A is the most dominate fighter at weight "A" (140lbs)
Fighter B is the most dominate fighter at weight "B" (168lbs)
Now if Fighter A weighed 200lbs and Fighter B weighed 200lbs, the winner of the fight would be the P4P winner.
