CHENGDU, China—Fresh from the great success of the recent Olympic Games in Beijing, boxing promoter Don King has announced two heavyweight fights, a WBC Strawweight world championship and two additional matches featuring a former five-time world champion and a top-ranked undefeated challenger will all be part of his international fight card that he is presenting with Chengdu Sports Industry at Sichuan Gymnasium in Chengdu, China, on Friday, Nov. 7.

I thought MAB wass under contract with GBP?.....Maybe when he retired the contract went void?.......I hope mthis is just a 1 fight comeback for MAB

Does anyone know what channel Don King is televising this fight on ? Im in need of a stream . If anyone has a link it would be much appreciated

Its certainly gone under the radar . Danny Williams , Junior Witter and Arthur Abraham are all fighting on Saturday too but everyones talking about Jones - Calzaghe

vs Sammy ventura. Golota, Mcline etc are on his undercard but the big thing for me is the return of Mexicos greatest seems to have gone under the radar cuz its in China and hes fighting a bum. Of all the fights this weekend, williams, witer, jones, calaghe, abraham, judah etc , this is the one I want to see most . A stream would be much appreciated from anybody .

Im not too keen on this alignment with Don King, and a five year deal?? :confused:

Barrera has always been one of my favourites, so of course I hope he wins with ease, but Im not sold on this comeback by any means. He's certainly not going to be getting any better.

I too would love to know if there is any way of seeing the covergae of this card.

Check the links now. I'm watching the Mollo-vs-McCline fight now. Both look exhausted. They show Barrera warming up in the dressing room.

I just checked and they are showing Don King Boxing but I am not sure if this is the card, they showed some heavy weights and this is in Chinese so who knows but this is why I got up so early because Diane told me that it would start around this tiem ;D

They just showed Devon Alexander vs. Sun-Haeng Lee, 10 rounds, junior welterweights

I was just on fightnews, and that fight already happened. I wonder if that's why they were showing that crap in between the two fights, because they are not showing it. :dontknow:

Golotas gonna quit. Something wrong with his left arm

Golota in bad shape. Got dropped in the first and was staggered throughout the round. I thought he was going to quit for a sec.

He was looking like shit, and that's hard to do against Ray Austin.

My stream kept breaking up but I think he quit because of an injured arm.

He quit due to a injury to his arm. What really sucks is that we'll probably get Valuev-vs-Holyfield now :(

Barrera looked like a little podgy bloke. I only caught the finish.

Man, I don't know if any of you guys are watching these two woman fighting, but holy fuk, they are going at it. This is more entertaining than some mens fights that I have seen.

Okay, I haven't seen too many women's boxing matches, but that fight between Wang Ya Nan and Akondaye Fountain, was the best one I have ever seen.

They were going at it non-stop, and it was better then a lot of mens fights that I have seen this year. My hats off to those two tough women. ;D

Well I got lucky, they did show the Barrera fight on delay, so I got to see it.

Even though it was a pretty easy fight for him, he worked the body really well.

Ventura isn't a big opponent for him, but I don't care, MAB is one of my all time favorites, and I'll watch any fight with him in it. ;D
