The RETURN OF FNF!!!!

OK folks, tonight we get to see some of hottest Cuban prospects to turn pro in quite some time.

Yuriorkis Gamboa 12-0-0 (10 KOs) is taking on Roger Gonzalez 27-2-0 (18 KOs) who is coming in off a great war against Cornelius Lock it was a close battle in which Gonzalez won more rounds, but Lock's power ended up being tooo much in 10th and final round. Gamboa is looking to impress again by stopping Gonzalez even quicker. This should be an ok fight Gonzalez has no fear and will give it his all, but ultimately I expect Gamboa to be too much as well.

The co-feature bout has Odlanier Solis 12-0-0 (8 KOs) vs. Kevin Burnett 13-1-1 (8 KOs). I'm still not sure what to make of Solis, he no doubt has some skill, but not unlike Arreola he tends to come in out of shape, unlike Arreola he doesn't have heavy hands, he is also pretty small for a heavyweight at 6'1". His opponent this evening towers over him at 6'7". Burnett will undoubtedly let his hands go from the opening bell nothing but headhunting. I have a feeling we're going to get a feel for how good Solis's chin is. I think this bout will be much more competitive than Gamboa/Gonzalez.

Round 1

Body shots from Solis early on, right hook over the top from Solis. Straight right to the body from Solis again, solid jabs from Burnett, not all landing but hes letting Solis KNOW he is there, flurry of punches by Solis about 15 in a row. Stunned Burnett for a second, but he comesback with an uppercut. Solid combo again from Solis stuns Burnett again. Straight right to the body again from Solis, Burnett landing some solid jabs in this round. And controlled the last 20 seconds of that round.

Solis 1-0.

Burnett vs Solis

Round 2

Solis comes out stalking he looks like he wants to get this over with right now. Jabs from Burnett keep Solis off balance at the moment. Glancing left hook to the body from Solis, Burnett controlling this round at the moment with his jab, pretty measured round from Burnett. Double jabs from Burnett popping that jab nicely. Some body work from Burnett on the inside. Uppercut lands for Burnett. Chopping right hook from Burnett, Solis hasn't got going at all in this round, solid straight right hand counter from Burnett.

Solid round from Burnett 1-1.

Solis looking like he wants to go 10. Fukk that.

The Heavyweight division is a sinking ship:p

Solis reminds me of Estrada-ish.Not a compliment.'Moobs' Burnetts activity not bad.

Burnett vs Solis

Round 3

Burnett begins the 3rd round popping the jab, Solis charges in and lands a few punches but not many solid punches. Some good inside work from Solis, but again Burnett keeps his cool. And goes back trying to get his jab working, leaping left hook from Solis lands solid. Burnett trying to pop the jab, and he left that jab HAND OUT TOO LONG AND HE GOT CAUGHT HES IN TROUBLE FLURRY OF PUNCHES BY SOLIS WHILE BURNETT IS ON THE ROPES, BURNETT STILL HURT IN THE CORNER. BUT HE GETS OUT AND HE SEEMS TO HAVE RECOVERED. Burnett goes back to the jab attempts a big right hand but doesn't land.

Round 4

Burnett starts out the round popping the jab, i have a feeling Burnett is going to get caught over that jab again. Because he leaves it out there too long, but he's fighting well at the moment, keeping Solis off balance with his longer reach. Chopping right hand on the inside from Solis, but he hasn't really got anything going in this round, right hook/uppercut combo from Burnett. Two punches down the pipe from Solis, jab/jab from Burnett. Solid uppercut on the inside from Burnett. I thought Burnett controlled most of that round with his jab.
