Man Wake Forest got CRUSHED....I guess that's what you get when you don't wear Carolina Blue vs Wake and you play them outside of Winston-Salem

Re: NCAA Tournament Game March Madness
Oh well its too late, that Siena first round game was great, the Missouri-Marquette game was great and a few others, but maybe I'm wrong but it hasn't seemed like as great a tournament as usual.
UCLA has a cheerleader that is a STAR. I know there aren't too many flat out ugly ones but she was on another level. I think it was UCLA.

North Carolina will win it all

Re: NCAA Tournament Game March Madness
Tom Izzo is the man. He brought in the VIkings line coach to prep his team up for the UCOnn game.
I know North Carolina beat MSU once super bad, but again this team plays different and this is a home game for them.

The Spartans impressed me a whole hell of a lot with their wins against L'ville and UConn. They made two great offenses really struggle. UConn really killed themselves at the FT line though. I just don't think MSU's defense is going to be as dominant against the Heels.

Re: NCAA Tournament Game March Madness
MSU has beat Louie, Kansas & UConn thus far.
That shit is impressive.

I picked MSU in my office pool, but I screwed it so bad on the other three quarters of the bracket I never had a chance........
They have indeed proven themselves worthy, tough schedule.

All right Killer....who had the most points?

Re: NCAA Tournament Game March Madness
I watched five minutes, knew it was over and turned it off, anti-climactic as hell, thankfully Tyler Hansbrough is gone so I don't have to hear about him anymore.

Yes. He is an ugly ass traitor who should have played ball close to home.
-
Re: NCAA Tournament Game March Madness
Hansborough is one of the best Heels of all-time....4-0 in Cameron, ACC scoring leader, and now he's a national champion.
Why the hell would anyone want to go to Mizzou?!?!?!
-
Re: NCAA Tournament Game March Madness
How well do you think he is going to do at the next level? Guys like him and Griffin who are really athletic and big compared to their college competition don't always make the transition. I'll say this for Hansborough, he has a pretty good jump shot and even makes a threes from time to time. He may have problems matching up defensively with PFs in the NBA but I do think he will be able to give good offense off the bench.
-
Re: NCAA Tournament Game March Madness
Griffin will be a star, Hansbrough will be a bench player, I'd be surprised if he ever averaged over ten points a game for a season.
And I don't even really dislike him, I only pay attention two weeks a year, just got tired of hearing about him when he's the third best player on his team. He may turn out better than I think but I doubt it, he doesn't really have the size or athleticism, good college player though.

Heinreich (spelling) (the white guy from Kansas who played for Chicago) plays quite a bit, and I never thought he was that good in NCAA...just a solid player.
-
Re: NCAA Tournament Game March Madness
Griffin will be selected early...I don't think he's great just yet but he's a solid player (who looks slightly retarded) and he's going to be THE PLAYER for a bad team: LA Clippers, Sacramento, Memphis, The T-Wolves...it's not going to be fun for him until those teams add more talent.
Hansbrough is going to have it made, he'll get selected later in the draft and that means he's going to be a piece on a good team: Boston, LA Lakers, The Suns, Dallas, The Cavs. That will give Tyler the time to progress slowly and I think he's going to be a great teammate but probably just an average player who may end up starting later in his career. He does the blue collar work, grabs boards, draws fouls, hits free throws, and he gives 100% all the time...who wouldn't want that guy on their team?
I think Danny Green is going to be really good as well as Ty Lawson who (bar Phil Ford) is the best UNC point guard ever! Wayne Ellington is good as well, when he's on fire there's no stopping him.
