I was thinking no way. But I would not mind watching that fight. You have to wonder wether or not Ellerbe would have caught the plaster. I can't believe people are blaming Evangelista Cotto for not catching the plaster. Sorry, Diane but that's pretty unprofessional on the part of Cotto's camp, I don't know a single other top fighter who wouldn't have someone from the corner there to check the wraps, maybe leading Capetillo to think he could get away with it. If he did cheat in that fight, than I think Evangelista Cotto should be ashamed of himself for not taking greater care with his fighter, and he has to shoulder some of the blame for the defeat. On Danny's point, I know Ellerbe & Roger Mayweather are supposed to be hardasses on hand wrapping, I remember they made someone, think it was Judah, re-wrap his hands a few times because they thought they might try something.
I didn't have anything to say about Evangelista Cotto before, because I couldn't see what he could have done wrong, but if Capetillo did try something then, he has to take some of the blame for not sending someone from the corner to keep an eye on it.
