Hatton to fight like he did against kostya from the opening bell
mayweather senior isnt stupid enough to try and make hatton try to box to victory.
however if he has the legs is a question.

I think it might come to that, but with cuteness added for good measure so he doesn't eat too many leads from Pac. I cannot see Manny faring so well if Hatton starts to push him back and keeps him under constant pressure. Manny's advantage is if you give him space and time and then he will tee off on you. If Hatton is in his face and forcing him back, then that advantage is reduced somewhat. I've heard people say that Pac will just keep circling Hatton, but since when has Pac been SRL? :rolleyes:;D
Pac is there in front of you, and with feet as quick as Hattons I can't see Manny ever being too far away. If Hatton gets it right, he can stop Manny.
I can see PAC sidestepping from a bulldozing Hatton and firing his bombs from the sides... Hatton facing a blank wall while being bombarded from the sides...
PAC will also stop Hatton on its tracks on some occasions by assaulting Hatton's head with straights and hooks...

Neither of guys can fight backwards very well. So I guess it's a battle of strenght and power. I can see Ricky bulldozing, and Manny using his lateral movements to try and spin Ricky and land some.
Well, actually, Hatton can fight okay going backwards. It's not such an issue, and he should if he needs a moment. But Manny really doesn't have the lateral movement to avoid Hatton. That is where the cloud cuckoo land talk comes in. :rolleyes:;DQuote:

After analizing HATTON'S situation.....I finally agree that Hatton should brawl with Pacquiao right from the opening bell.

From my observations, Manny goes under and out against the rope when he think he's being trap, he spins his opponents around every after combo. Manny has modest lateral movements. He's been doing that for a while now. Ricky is a good pressure fighter. But you're right on the other thing, fighting backward is not really a big issue for Ricky coz Manny is the smaller guy.Quote:
