Who do you guys think Yusaf Mack's next opponent should be?

Guys I would love to hear from you. Hopefully it is on ESPN or HBO!

I wouldn't mind seeing him take a step up and face Tarver. It's a very winnable fight IMO and a victory would hopefully put him in line to face a Dawson or Johnson.

Have you guys been in contact with Tarver's people and HBO/ESPN to see if it's possible to make the fight? I'm certain ESPN and FNF would salivate over a Tarver - Mack eliminator as their main event.

In an ideal world I'd like to see him beat up Zsolt Erdei, but as he's the new Sven Ottke, Antonio Tarver would be a good difficult fight

Danny Green would be a great fight.

If you couldn't get him, then maybe a name American like Tarver. Hell, even Byron Mitchell wouldn't be bad.

possibly even call up some of the big super middleweights, like Bika, Andrade, Froch, etc.

Tarver for sure. Very winnable fight and why settle for just anyone?? Go for a popular name, winnable fight, one that will get him exposure, and one that when he wins, it will get everyone talking about match-ups with Dawson-Johnson. I think if you put him with someone of less caliber, when he wins, then you will be exactly in the same position you are now. Thinking about who to fight next. If our boy works and trains hard, he could beat Tarver which will do nothing but set him up for the bigger fights. Tarver makes the most sense for me. Good luck in making a deal, and good luck to our boy.

I think as long as Mack's defense/chin hold up he would decision Tarver comfortably.

How has he performed against southpaws in the past?

Mack beat Judah he is a south paw. He is not in Tarver's Class but Mack is in Tarvers class for sure. I would love to see Mack vs tarver and he stop him. That would turn some heads.

I do believe Mack at this stage would win, but a stoppage is a tall order.

I do believe Mack at this stage would win, but a stoppage is a tall order.

I agree it would tough to ko Tarver as he has never been stopped but he has been knocked down 3 times & seems easier to hit these days... what a statement that would be from Mack!

I'm sorry, but there's no way Mack stops Tarver in my opinion. I'd love to see it, but I don't think it'll happen. I really think this fight has two potential outcomes, either Mack decisions Tarver or Tarver stops Mack. I think the former is the most likely, but I wouldn't completely disregard Tarver.

Rory,I hate to break it to you,but unless youve got better swing then I do,which I doubt,no way in hell Tarvers people take the fight,your boy wipes him out,there goes the gravytrain,Johnson is a way better bet.
And Rory,its meant as a compliment,your guy is dangerous,he wipes out Tarver,his people just lost their meal ticket. Hell Im stuck with trying to figure out Bowes next camp right now,but take my word,I doubt Tarvers people take him.

Woods is fighting Cloud for the IBF belt Dawson just gave up, and Jones Jr has signed to fight Lacy, so Mack couldn't have either for his next fight.

Thing is, Tarver is almost 105 years old now. He himself doesn't have many options left.
