The klit will win by orgasmic ko.
If HBO had an issue with this fight then I was going to have to go have a word with their CEO....this is going to be a FOTY candidate, providing "The Crisco Kid" Cris Arreola can put down the fucking fork for a while.
You know I WANT to like him, but anyone who shows up that out of shape has no respect for the sport or their fans!
I reckon Arreola KO's him. Ok no I don't, but someone has to give the fat bastard a bit of a chance
Eerily reminiscent of the Peter fight on paper. Tit has more movement though.
One thing Arreola has that Peter didn't is the ability to counter, probably not well enough to get to Vitali, but his face shouldn't get as swollen (I guess the question is, could you tell if Arreola's face is swollen)
I think it would be great for the sport if Arreola wins, just to break up the Klitopoly.
I'm almost positive Vitali will win.
However, he's got to get old and some point and he hasn't really been tested in a major way since he's returned. I don't think Arreola is the one to beat him though.
Sure he's got to get old sometime, but Arreola is so easy to hit and for a tough guy he doesn't seem to take it too well. If Vitali lands a punch like Travis Walker did then it's going to be over soon after that because Vitali finishes strong.
Arreola must come to fight in shape, otherwise it's going ot make the heavyweight scene look even worse.
I'm looking forward to this fight. I'm really hoping Arreola takes this serious and comes in good shape. I'm sure Klit will win but I'll be rooting for Arreola and hoping he pulls the upset.
I think even an old Vitali KO's arreola. Even if Vitali lost a step or got old all he has to do is keep Arreola at bay with the jab for 5 rounds,Arreola will begin to gas and Vitali can lower the boom in the form of a big right hand.
Sometimes you go with your head, and at other times you by heart. Not going by much of either on this one.I just have a feeling that I cannot get past envisioning it as it unfolds.I have problems with Chris execution and his attitude of existing fight by fight and for whats right in front of him only. And I respect Vitali big time.......But
I'm going with Arreola via standing tko :peeker:
This could be a really exciting fight while it lasts , Vitali KO'S him inside 3
The only thing negative I can say about the Klitschko brothers is that their merchandise costs too much. Hell their t-shirts are like $40 bucks.
At the very least chris has a punchers chance, I'll be anxious as fuck waiting for any decent hw match up. I'll go with Chris strictly because I usually back anyone from cali. If Chris wins the stirup alone will be worth the price of admission.
The way he looked against McCline i think Vitali may have an easy night of pot shotting.
This is going to e a severly one sided bout...almost painful to watch....Though Chris might make a go of it the first few rds but once Vitaly is in motion Chris will be picked apart like a roasted chicken
arreola will knock vitail out
regardless of outcome its good for heavyweight boxing as most of us actually give a shit abt this fight!
what is the date of the fight?
Oh well. Goodbye Arreola it was nice knowing ya.
In a perfect world, shouldn't Haye and Arreola be fighting?
It is unfortunate, but there is not one current heavyweight that would be picked b the majority of fans to beat either of the Klitschko's. Chambers, Povetkin, Arreola, Haye - none of them have what it takes at least on paper. There is always the chance of an upset. The Arreola v. Vitali fight is probably the most interesting of the matchups.
Arreola has zero skills. He can get lucky but that's about it. I see him eating jabs all night long. Arreola would have to put punches together and I don't see that happening. Another boring win for Vitali.
Oh come on now, Zero skills? I'm not gonna say he is the heavyweight SweetPea or anything, but he definately has some skills. He knows how to counter, and how to break up his opponents combinations, and if he finds an opening he'll definately put his punches together. I'm not saying he's gonna win and I'm not saying he is more skilled than Vitali, but he at least deserves more credit than saying he has no skill at all.
This will be a good fight to watch.. Arreola is exciting to watch.. the heavy weights lost touch and they look too slow and too big compared to the times when heavy weights were built and cut and moved faster..
This Arreola Has to win to put the heavy weights back into the boxing excitement
.....Well I remember Michael Dokes being all cut up and everything, I don't remember him being an extremely talented heavyweight though. Wlad and Vitali are different than Mike Tyson but just because they are different doesn't mean they aren't just as dominant over their careers as he was.
Cris Arreola used to be a light heavyweight....now he's over 250 pounds...that's not respectful to himself or the sport
