they are shit! this is awful, im in blind panic trying to sort it, my problems are endless. this is bad. too many obstacles to list. i have to run.

getting mega problems with this? got it on sky + ordered it through the remote, now i got the blue screen saying press slect or the red R (record button) but NOTHING is happening, the msg is still there??
I am having the exact issue. I have tried calling them up but I cannot get to speak to anybody. Disaster!

got it sorted in the end, but it was a sweat filled two hours of running phoning crying joining forums, running two miles to friends house, then still not working because they didnt send signal, then no number etc etc etc, finally worked at round 8 of Abraham fight.
If you paid for this you didnt even need to bother, they actully broadcasted it for free!!!!
I turned over to channel 480 after the third round dont know why to be honest and the fight was on!!

Yea this is unbelievable.
Everything about the channel is awful. I can't imagine how many buys they missed out on due to their absolutely bullshit registering process. Then having no number to actually speak to someone, unless you happened to be screwing the bosses wife! As ive said in another post i had problem after problem after problem. They forced me to do a 2 mile run with a bag of beer to my friends house! They owe me for that! I did exercise....on a saturday night! Thats just not on...so i smoked extra hard to make up for it.
Their graphics are like something i could knock up on paint, the voiceovers were cringey in the extreme. I love jono thaxton but a commentator he is not. Oh yea and even after paying for fight, running 2 miles, i spend 45 mins on phone, told to wait for 5 mins for signal, 20 mins comes and goes, another 20 mins on phone, then finally get it halfway through Abraham fight.
What an absolute joke.

it dosn't supprise me i tried to register but they wanted me to hook the box up to the phone and that got taken out 10 years ago so i canceled my order.

These people are a fucking joke. I paid but didn't get any bloody picture at all on Saturday. I'd had a few beers and the inevitable blowup at at customer service fuckwit meant phoning them wasn't an option. I clicked the box office thing and paid Sky so I'll have to pay double. In future peeps don't give them any credit card numbers, just wait for the day and sign up via Sky.
So glad I didn't sign up. Well lucky I didn't get round to buying a a phone line wire
I did not buy it in the end but watched it via stream. Wish I had kept the channel on like fenster said. They did show the Bernard Dunn fight which was a bonus.
