My own personal strength training video.
Hey Bros!
I wasn't sure about posting my video this early but I'll let you guys in on my secret workout videos. I just started a posting to my youtube channel so here is the first one.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feAwvclMWDo
I got really fed up at the other techniques out there so I decided to create my own personalized techniques. This is the true way of the Superior Man. No haters please, go be jealous somewhere else.
I await your positive feedback.

Re: My own personal strength training video.
I don't think you'll find many haters around here bro. I like it. I find it to be a bit of a paradigm shift, fitness wise. Is there a chance that you can post some more of your videos around here?
I'm not sure this is the right board for it though.

Re: My own personal strength training video.
Great stuff, do the bat on the head next time. Can't wait;D
Funny guy!

Re: My own personal strength training video.
Dude! This is brilliant man I tried to keep up with you the whole video but those triceps to the wrist got the best of me I had to take a little break. Then I just wrecked myself the first time I hit myself with the bat, I may have shattered a rib. It's definitely broken I think but hopefully with time it strengthens my body?

Re: My own personal strength training video.
I just to get a nice warm towel, and some lube and I'll be ready to watch this video again.

Re: My own personal strength training video.
That's excellent, some pretty advanced training though, not sure I'd be ready for trying anything like that?
Are you familair with the Lubaczeweski method? I think it's pretty similar in terms of concepts and training ideas. It's probably a bit more advanced again, and really needs to be performed in a specially equipped shed rather than a bedroom but its a training system designed to give the professional fighter everything he needs to survive one full round of boxing.

Re: My own personal strength training video.
Yeah but this is a winner's method Bilbo, at least I certainly hope. That method has worked for those just trying to keep boxing alive in their area but not those who want to win. I don't believe the rumor that the Lubacuzweski method lifted Yusaf Mack to victory over Chris Henry but the extent of the Monkey's role in that bout may never be known.
This is fucken legit though I really am not a fan of any other techniques and this seems to be working. One day I'm going to hit myself like 20 times with a bat again and just pray to God it doesn't hurt as much as it did today. The forearm top/bottom slap not only inflicted double the damage on my forearm but also seemed to send my mind into a state of shock.

Thank you for taking the time to post this...
I have a few questions?
I've tried many types of training myself.
How do you figure that your way is the TRUE way of working out?
I couldn't keep up with your speed so I paused it at the 2 min. and then continued is this fine or do I need to do the whole time at once?
Again thank you and look forward to your answers.

Re: My own personal strength training video.
Six shades of awesome. No wait! Fuk that...14 shades of awesome. Bit advanced though. You have anything maybe us noobs could work our way up to?

Re: My own personal strength training video.

It must be. I'd be careful though man you can potentially make some scrill off this. Imagine if you could sell the techniques to take bats square to the rib cage, you'd make loot off the Vegas market alone. But when you see something this unreal I guess you always have to ask, is it real? What if thehass is wearing teflon?

Re: My own personal strength training video.
Get this in The Hall oF Fame now!!! ;D
Bahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ;D

Re: My own personal strength training video.
I do that a fair bit myself, not quite as harsh as you youngsters though, as Im getting on a bit now. I been educating the other people at the home about this all the time and they just dont listen or appreciate it. Even the nurses seem to frown on me trying to smack some of these prudes into shape.
Good on you son keep up the good work.

Re: My own personal strength training video.
This has really changed the way i look at training, i am a fool.. All this time my objective has been to train myself to be good at NOT being hit and to d damage to the things that i do hit!! :(
do you have any techniques that condition your face to frying pan attacks? Can i see them?

Re: My own personal strength training video.
You got to much time on your hands son:vd:
I want to see part 3 about strengthening the chin;D

Re: My own personal strength training video.
Patrick,
At about 0:42 of the video. I noticed you let out some air in the form of a burp. I was wondering whether this is a necessary part of the training exercise? or was it merely an unavoidable bodily function?
Thanks in advance for reply.

I was exactly about to ask the very same question but you did beat me to it Ryan.
Thus said, I am using the same method (for those interested) but in its advanced stage; You must get somebody to hit you with the baseball bat as the possibilities are magnified and you have to use an aluminium bat instead. For the very last degree, you have to drill a hole in the handle of the baseball bat and insert a metal ball then patch the hole back;
Once your friend swings you with the bat, the metal ball gets full throttle to the very end of the bat, which largely amplify the movement and the power of the blow, normally causing much more damages. But ya know just like me: More damages, more endurance in the long run.
I would recommend to any serious athlete to get their ribs and forearms broken at least once during the process as the repairing limb will be stronger and more solid than it was before the breakdown. I wanted to post my videos on youtube once but the site removed it claiming it was dangerous and too violent. Obviously, those who did review it were geeks in their office knowing jack and shi* about strengthening techniques.

Re: My own personal strength training video.
totally inappropriate youtube comment: "are you serious, you should hang yourself." and also "faggot"
Don't let it get to you, people hate change and they're jealous of those that bring it.

Exactly! Screw the You Tube kindergarten crowd! What do they know about strength training beyond drinking a carton of milk every day? This is the real deal as far as I'm concerned. I will follow this training regime every day until my arms fall off.

Re: My own personal strength training video.
I am Ganesha, surely this means I will only have to train 1/3rd of the time of these mere humans?
-
Re: My own personal strength training video.
I also note the use of the left elbow to the right forearm is less than the use of the right elbow to the left forearm. Is this a case of you being right handed, or intentionally to make the left forearm your strongest?
I think that the Haasist training system will be the cornerstone of all fighting training techniques soon enough. I wonder how Freddie Roach is with a baseball bat....?

I really didn't wan't to have to update my sig so soon... I thought threads like these were one in every 5 years!

Re: My own personal strength training video.
I'm really disappointed 'The Haas' hasn't stuck around longer to give us more great techniques. I mean I can hit myself with a baseball bat all day long, but I just feel there's more he could be teaching me to protect myself in boxing. I mean should I move up to a sledgehammer to really get that extra incentive??
Someone message him on youtube & get him to tell us more.

Nah, the sledgehammer is hard to manoeuvre against yourself, the best is, as I mentioned before, to drill a hole into the pummel of the baseball bat (you must use an aluminum one) and to insert a metal ball into it and then fill back the hole; while you swing, the metal bearing will land knocking into the end of the bat, causing much more power and damages due to the kinetic energy.
If you don't like the format of the baseball bat, use a billy club with the same trick instead, works damn fine too.

I've already thought of an idea to top that. I'm gonna get one of my boys to drive a small car like a Peugeot 306 into me at about 20mph. I figure that will give my body the necessary conditioning to turn me into a superior man like The Haas recommends.
