It could honestly be Randall Bailey, if all your talking about is potential one punch power, obviously excluding the ability to set up that punch with any regularity etc...

Not so sure about this one: Did Shane knock down Cotto on the way to his UD loss? I think I remember him not being able to.
Pacquiao, on the other hand, knocked Cotto down the first time with ONE punch.
According to what I saw in the fourth, it was a left that knocked down Cotto again - ONE left, which completely altered the demeanor of Cotto for the rest of the fight.
I'm not saying Manny hits the hardest in the division, but he done what Mosley was incapable of doing - of course, if I remember correctly.

Shane isn't a one punch puncher either. Maybe its him though, I don't know.
with pacs new found stockier body and strength he has a hard punch in ww but not sure if its the hardest.

Who cares... Boxing is the sweet science... The whole idea is that you hit and don't get hit!!! I know, Manny is exciting, and he was just going for it on numerous occasions, but he was also wide open more times than I can remember. I just watched last night's fight... Cotto was a joke... He landed a punch and went in for the kill... If he would have set Manny up, he could have had him in the early rounds. He just doesn't get it. We all know that he was a spent fighter...
Manny will have to be much sharper to beat floyd... He will have to box floyd... Can he box? I haven't seen it yet. If he goes into the fight wanting to walk thru floyd, he will find himself on the canvas... Floyd will BOX and win a decision... We have seen this before. After all, it is the "sweet science"...
Manny, easily. The next best isn't even close.
