This is why my "arrest, try, execute" criminal justice programme needs to be brought in. It's barbaric, but we've bred a couple of generations of barbarians over the past few decades and we're working on more. A bit of up-front deterrence is the only way to give savages like this any pause.

If they knew they'd be executed, they likely would have killed her to get rid of the evidence. Longer sentences for rapists are needed though, it's an absolute joke what an easy time of it they get. Let's face it the execution thing hasn't exactly worked a treat in bringing down US crime levels has it??

Not to marginalize, this stuff does happen, everywhere and always has and it's terrible. Has happened to a friend of mine just last year, well something similar. That's a horrible story. Those boys are subhuman scum for carrying out a premeditated attack like that. The poor girl.

These kind of things happens all too often in too many countries. Rape is an extremely common crime out here and usually leads to only a suspended sentence. The following story is particularly gruesome. Boys started to sodomise their juniors and then moved on to the girls. This happened for 2 years and even then the school tried to hush it up. I know mate, well educated and loving African family men and young lads dont tolerate it.

Africa is a big place too mate there are countries within countries over there as you now,black and white and every other shadein between so noone should try and tar every race with the same brush in regards to whats acceptable and what isnt.

In rural Kwa Zulu NAtal where I was the other year, rape is rife due to Sharmen spreading propaganda in regards to the taking of virginity curing aids.

I had to work a lot about the death sentence in ethics and actually, it fosters crimes more than it stop it according to the studies over the thing because peoples think then "I have nothing to lose" as they know that their fate is sealed so they commit even more crimes because in the end, it won't change much. MOre severe measures should be enforced for sure but death sentence sure ain't the solution.

Some ,well quite a few rapists who work in pairs or more also now think oh well we may as kill her and get rid of the eye witness as well.

Match up crimes to sentences, match them up with hell hole cells with no extras just a dunny and a sink and a matress and food and an exersize machine so they dont leave it ever.

It's a major problem in rural societies overall mate. They have an almost identical problem among the Mormon community in the US, with some of its leaders practicing paedophilia on a wide scale to keep themselves young or some bollocks like that.

Rape & paedophilia are not specific to any race more than another, they are societal problems.

South Africa as a whole has a major problem with regard to rape though, although as you say it is a much more mixed-race country than any other in Africa.
