I love Crimbo dinner. For me though the Turkey I could take or leave, its the sprouts, pigs in blankets etc that make it for me.
big time yay
Nothing better than christmas dinner with the family tucking in to turkey, stuffing, sausage meat, peas, potatos, gravy etc
Much prefer family boxing day meal - cold cut turkey served with pickles and a variety of other condoments
We don't ever really have Turkey for Christmas for whatever reason, mainly just Thanksgiving. I guess saying I'll have a few bites is a bit of an exaggeration but I like the side dishes a lot better.
nay i only eat like 2 pieces and just eat alot of sides like dressing and other stuff.
I still haven't lost what I put on from last christmas.
Turkey is great I love it cranberry sauce mm mmmmmmmmm
I like turkey too. Roast turkey with all the trimmings is a nice meal.
turkey turkey turkey;D
my record is 7 crimbo dinners in one day abt 10 yrs ago;D still aint lost the lbs
Turkey is dry but put loads of gravy on it. Never eat veg.
Turkey is only dry when it's cooked wrong....use a browning bag or fry it. Turkey is great stuff!
My mom always cooked a decent turkey (I've had bad ones elsewhere) but I still wouldn't say the breast meat of turkey is exactly juicy and flavorful. Its like chicken but not as good. Granted I've never had a fried one. The thigh meat and the wings are pretty good though and the breast meat isn't bad for sandwiches.
crimbo day is awesome, my wife is a chef so i cant lose;D
proud of it mate
I dont mind doing something i dont like if its tradition. Always wanted to party my ass off friday night but parents still to this day make sure im home by 11 to attend the local mass
Love getting home to find the turkey cooked, presents under the tree and christmas programming on the tele
;D;D;D
Turkey is my favorite with, ironically, chicken running a close second. I love turkey but not neccesarily just by itself, I take sweet rolls and have like 7 sandwiches with turkey, mash potatos, stuffing (had soome booooooomb stuffing this thanksgiving, apples and cranberries in it), gravy, corn etc and I fill up off those. Turkey is a huge yay though.
