I am not really a hard froch Fan but in my opinion, yes, he's a champion and he gets the heart to go with. He's only not the most naturally gifted champs but he's one of them.
did you not watch his last fight it was aweful
It takes 2 dancers to make a Tango. Dirrell was awful too. PLus, a champion doesn't necessarily always make the nicest fights, Wladimir Klitschko, Lennox Lewis and Floyd Mayweather are example of incredible champions who did display some very boring performance at some moment.Quote:

Froch lacked the speed to do anything to dirrell. If froch improved his speed Dirrell would have been annihilated. Dirrell has nothing but speed. Speed saved his ass against froch and that was the only thing that saved his ass.
IMO Carl Froch is a good champion who only gets credit for his heart and chin, he has the raw punching power to match abraham, the only thing is, is that he needs to sure up his defense he keeps his left hand very low, so fighters will put their hands over his jab and outbox him all night if he continues. Dirrell Made the fight negative and a general boring spectacle but running and holding all night.
He has good head movement also, but didnt need to show it against dirrell, all he was doing was chasing and doing all the work, meaning froch gave a better impression to the judges every round.
yes he is a champion as he has a belt, and we need more champions like him. so far he has proved he will fight anyone anywhere, and long may that last. joe calzaghe would have been a better quality champion if he had done that sooner. even roy jones turned down a fight with nigel benn, which i believe the offer was: in your home town, and you keep the entire purse!Quote:

Still, does that mean he's any good? Absolutely not - Taylor done him until the 12th (and everybody has done Taylor so don't get happy over the KO), Direll got robbed regardless how ugly the fight was. The difference in speed and class was night and day.

Are you honestly trying to say the Taylor that fought Froch was as good as the one that fought Hopkins? Taylor gassed and Froch took advantage of it as just about everyone Taylor fights these days does. The Taylor that fought Hopkins had far better endurance. Bhop at 45 would school Froch.Quote:

Froch gets hate cos he talks shit, the same way PBF does, Anthony Mundine does, and Vic Darchinyan does. Dont mean they are bad fighters, it just means u either love them or hate them. No doubt he takes on tough opposition, but the way he talks himself up so he should.
