a few slaps from each guy, slugs pace for about 90 seconds. An organ exploding body shot from Briggs, McGee is on a knee not gonna beat the count.
It's over. McGee at least will get some beer money.
I wouldn't be recommending any beer for him tonight. He might be down to one kidney after that shot.

Briggs in post fight interview, says that he hates throwing the right to the ribs. He goes on to say he's the only two-time heavyweight champ with Asthma. He also says his career won't be complete until he knocks out a Klitschko in the first round.
Next up The New Ray Robinson vs. Brad Solimon.
Solimon reaches the ring in virtual silence wearing a saints jersey. Ray Robinson, in his second undefeated prospect challenge of the year enters the ring and kneels to pray in the corner.

Solimon has a quick jab to open, Robinson has a nice 1-2 to return. Big left hook from Robinson misses, Solimon counters. Robinson lands a jab, Solimon spins and counters. Solimon on the inside is looking good digging the body and slipping. Big left glancing blow from Robinson. Superman punch attempted from Solimon hits mostly glove. Solimon tries a repeat, Robinson grazes him this time. Solimon's footwork won him that round.

Round 2
Neither wants to lead ot of the gate. Robinson goes a right lead that touches Solimon. Solimon is not getting his range now. Big left uppercut by Robinson. Solimon looking for the counter. A double jab from Robinson looks effective. Overhand right counter from Solimon barely lands.. Robinson landing some good shots now. Solimon spending his time thinking this maybe too much. Nice right hand counter and big shot inside by Solimon. Robinson lands with a sloppy combo at the bell. Gave it to Robinson, but Solimon showed he has the skill to win this, if he can sustain his attack.

Solimon going straight back using his should to avoid Robinson's long jabs.
Two nice right hooks from Solimon from the southpaw stance. Robinson looks a little shaken. Robinson keeps pressing the jab. 1-2 from Robinson and they are starting to clinch now. Robinson lands a few small shots. Solimon driving Robinson back with some very heavy shots. and a clinch. A streaight left from Robinson stops short. Solimon looking effecient, faster, stronger, smarter. Robinson is no slouch but a definate Solimon round
29-28 Solimon.
Round 4
opening a clinch, Robinson diggin to the body ref unable to break it up. Robinson popping a jab gets his head snapped back by a straight right. Robingson continues with the jab but with no success. Some dancing as Solimon waits Robinson with more inneffective jabs. 1-1-2 from Robinson. two big rights now from Solimon, Robinson starting to look weary. Sharp counter right from Solimon. A clash of heads and Robinson is cut. Solimon closes with a right hook to the chest. Solimon takes that one too.

Robinson getting battered now. Soliman is just too tricky for him.
Round 5
Dancing and posturing from Robinson trying to get Solomon to lead, but no luck. Big left hook from Solomon lands with a thud. Robinson doesn't want to fight this way looking a bit frustrated. a sharp right hook strays low for Solomon. Robinson goes down, ruled a slip. Solomon unloads a 7 punch flurry 2 of them land. Another clash of heads as Solomon jumps in. overhand right from solomon lands. and a clinch. Robinson tries to steal the round in the final seconds but nothing lands. Solomon round again.

Robinson pushing harder with his jab. Robinson throwing with bad intentions now. Solomon digs nice to the body. Solomon dancing now. They are trading shots in the middle of the ring, Solomon getting the better of it via two right hooks. Robinson tries the 1-1-2 again. Robinson just can't hit Solomon even with the volume a few overhand rights from Solomon. and a clinch. Another right hook counter from solomon lands. overhand right for Robinson. Robinson throwing to close the round again but nothing landing.
Close round still gave it to Solomon though

This was originally billed as a 6 rounder, but rescheduled as 8
Round 7
And Robinson looking to smother now. Solomon lands a nice combo. Announcers really like Robinson. Robinson lands some nice straight shots with Solomon on the ropes. Solomon not moving like he was just two rounds ago. Another combo from Robinson, Solomon back on the ropes again. Robinson keeps pressing even after getting a three shot combo landed on him. Robinson fighting hard. Solomon lands a check hook, but he's looking sloppy now. Robinson round

Tough for me to give Robinson any rounds so far. He just isn't landing and getting sloppier as it goes trying to fight Solimons fight.
They both look like they trained for 6. Last 2 rounds they just windmilling on wobbly legs. No way Solimon loses this other then KO. On my card anyway.
8th and Final round
Directly into a clinch. Solomon trying to step out and shoot combos, but he's hitting nothing but gloves. a nice right from Solomon. It's all about the close real estate which looks uncomfortable for both guys. Nice overhand right from Solomon who looks like he got his legs back. Robinson looking very very slloppy now, but he keeps clubbing away, Solomon lands a snapping left hook and two straight rights. Robinson goes for a clinch, showing heart fighting on, but he has no energy left. Solomon round

Gotta give credit to Robinson as well, he never even slightly gave in kept pressing and pressing.

Arnaoutis lands a few nice hooks. Coleman tries to answer, Mighty dances away. Mike with a counter jab. Coleman looking heavy on his feet. Mike jabs and moves. Coleman lands a nice hook thinks he has Arnaoutis in trouble. Mike lands a 4 punch combo and backs Coleman off. Gave that to Mighty.
