In all honesty VD is right. They are both exciting for very different reasons, I appreciate pure boxers more than most others. To see Mayweather's skill is amazing to me, he is up there top 3 all-time for defensive skill, fighters like that don't come around too often. On the other hand PAC has an exciting explosive offense, he makes the fights happen at his pace and just takes control.

Well i agree with some of the others here, i just think this is another wind up topic personally.
But i did really enjoy Floyd Mayweather Jr at the lower weightclasses. I think he was just as exciting as Manny Pacquiao at the lower weightclasses. Especially the fight with Jesus Chavez.
But lets just put it this way is Floyd Mayweather Jr, less exciting because he is too good for his own good that many of fights aren't competitive ?
130 lb Mayweather was exciting.
Manny always puts on a good show.
I'd have to say consistantly Pacquiao, though... He consistantly engages and doesn't shy away from action.
I will say that while some find Mayweather's fights boring, I find watching his defensive brilliance a thing of beauty.
as far as all out excitement, though... Pacman.

There are two Mayweather fights that I've watched in full. The Baldomir and Marquez fights. He was awesome but his style is not my type.
I've tried to watch all his fights as I have mentioned already and pardon me but he doesn't excite me the way I am excited with TYSON.:cool:
