The most impressive movie I saw in the theaters was 'Saving Private Ryan'

Goodfellas.
Tombstone, the one with with Val Kilmer as Doc.
Troy.
probably Juice. but i never get tired of watching Goodfellas and Casino
Apocalypse now...hands down bar none.....but list is endless.
this is a tough one
possibly
shawshank redemption
but there is so many great films out there
but the films that had the biggest impact on me were
rocky

star wars
I think the best work of art kind of film that had you transfixed and feeling the culture and the story was 'Amalie'.
Watching Audrey Touto in action is always such a treat .
Pulp Fiction
Its really impossible to just choose one great film, there's loads of classics. From the top of my head in no particular order here is me top 10.
Full metal jacket
Bloodsports1
Hurricane
Enter the Dragon
Saving Private Ryan
Equilibrium
Rocky1
Jeremiah Johnson
Starwars
Goonies

I hated scarface that movie was terrible in my opinion, way too long and you can't understand the majority of what he says.
My favourites are; Fight club, Donnie Darko, Pulp fiction and Fear and Loathing in Los Vegas. I can't separate those 4 from one another.
Last of the Mohicans.
When I was learning a bit of Korean, my friend from South Korea showed me a movie. I only saw it once or twice. Sadly I cant remember the name of it. I think the translation of the name was "Brotherhood of War". All of the other movies i have seen you all list make my list.
Lots of testosterone here with the picks. Agree with most of them but feel i have to add;
Godfather
Taking of pelham 123 (original)
Each dawn i die (cagney)
Treasure of the Sierra Madre
Charley Varrick
Apocalypto
Roaring twenties
and last but not least, the most underated comedy ever IMO 'Ed Wood'
The Departed
