Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
Here the fresh news from Dan Rafael -- same person who announced first hand that the mega bout between pound for pound superstars Floyd and Shane is now telling us that the bout is having some very interesting twist.
Where, oh where, is Floyd Mayweather's signature? - ESPN
The thing is, Mosley signed the paper with a wide smile in his face, now Mayweather seems to be afraid to sign..
Richard is mad about this and was also wondering why cant Floyd act as a true fighter that he thinks he is and sign the deal.
everybody is now puzzled about this..
Whats keeping Mayweather from signing the paper? Are they having second thoughts about this bout?
Well, I guess he should. There a huge chance that -- That "0" will go..

Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
I'm not worried. I've seen interviews with Floyd & Roger both claiming they're fighting Mosley. The fight will get announced this week. Just the beginning of the drama.

Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
This will draw the pac fans in from hiding for a little bit....myself I am not worried. This fight will happen
-
Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
I think there is always room to worry with Mayweather involved, but hopefully everything goes ahead. I can't stand Mayweather, but really want Mayweather/Mosley to far exceed whatever PPV Manny makes. Pac is obviously a little turd, so I want him to come to a sticky end. Preferably glued to the canvas.

Its all really grown a bit old and tired real fast. Some of the better skills in last couple of decades and he's content to piss it all away and laugh in the faces of fans.Hope the door hits him on the azz as he heads out of it for good.

Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
I expect Mayweather to sign within a week. He's just fukking around with people.
-
Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
this fight is gonna happen. still a couple of days before the weekend;)
mayweather(and maybe gbp) is milking the intrigue and scandal
-
Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
I think this is just typical Mayweather. There always has to be something controversial or dramatic. I think this is just a ploy to get the pot stirring once again around the name Mayweather. I admire the guy's skills and am a fan of him as a boxer but I just can't stand him as a person/businessman mostly due to his antics.

Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
fight day is still a while away. the fight is gona happen
-
Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
It looks like Floyd is going to bitch out. Shaffer said that he did this same thing when he backed out the Oscar De La Hoya rematch.
-
Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
Maybe I reacted too quick. I know how much Rafael loves to belittle PBF and its easy to jump on PBF because he pulls things like this. So I will wait another week and then start to worry.:-\ I really don't know why PBF will wait and sign later. It would be advantageous for him to sign asap and get the random testing on Mosley started.

I wish Dan Rafael reacted the same way with Pac and his suspicions.
Didn't Mayweather take a while to sign the fight with ODLH as well?

That's the thing, I'm not a huge Floyd fan, but he NEVER gets the benefit of the doubt. It's just attack, attack, attack against him. There are fighters he's ducked and things he said that merited calling him out on them. But he hasn't really done anything lately to get that criticism.
-
Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
Actions speak louder than words, lets wait and see.
-
Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
I guess that maybe he doesn't know how to sign his name? ;D
Or maybe it's just a case of chickenitis. :chick07mj8:
In this article, it states that Mosley is about at a point where he is going to look for another opponent. Which I'm sure is music to Floyd's ears. ;)

Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
Just mind games on Floyds part, just trying to f*ck with Mosleys head. The faggot will sign...
-
Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
I don't think it's even mind games. This is just how Floyd has to sell tickets and ppv buys. By being the shit talking asshole and pulling stunts like this. He certainly doesn't sell buys by making it an exciting fight. He's boring to watch. Not to say he's not one of the best in boxing (possibly the greatest defensive fighter boxing has ever seen) but it doesn't change the fact that most of his fights are snore fests.

Oh, alternatively he has signed.
Floyd Mayweather Signs Contract To Fight Shane Mosley - Boxing News
Congratulations to those of you who fell for the Mayweather/Golden Boy method of keeping us talking about the fight all the way up till Superbowl weekend.
Tuesday & Wednesday would of been Mayweather/Mosley-dry days without this little 'drama'.
Anyway, we'll gear up to Sunday night & hopefully a Saints win to complement the announcement of this fight :)

Stay tuned

Haha talk about sticking to your guns. I admire your determination to put PBF down at all times. He signs to fight a top welter and future HOFer and u still find a way to bad mouth him. Good stuff;D

Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
haha, It's freaking hilarious that some people actually don't want this fight happening so they can put down PBF. bunch of fucking 'tards.

I am determined. ;D
Sorry, but I refuse to give any kind of support or praise for a man that has beaten women. I don't give a fuk what kind of ring skills he has, he's still a coward. He's an egotistical, woman beating douche bag, and for those that chose to support such a scum bag, well that's on them.

Yes, he was charged and convicted twice, and he basically got slapped on the wrist. He was charged for a third time against his baby mama, but once the baby mama found out that if Floyd got convicted for the third time, it makes it a felony in Nevada, and he could do 5 years, so she recanted her police statement once she got on the stand, and he got off. She couldn't put her meal ticket away.

So you read all of the articles? The second article (which covers the first article and was published later) explains how the women recanted their accusations in court admitting that they were not telling the truth, and the charges were brought out from jealousy.
The third article from the boxing press (courtesy of Saddoboxing) says:
"Harris, 25, testified Thursday that she had lied to the police because she was angry that Mayweather, 28, had left her for another woman. She described him as a "teddy bear inside" and said she knew "no matter what I did, he would never put his hands on me.""
Mayweather removed her from the car after she kicked out his windshield.
That's it.

Re: Mayweather - Mosley in Trouble
Floyd's probably just wondering if they're going to pay him enough money to risk losing. If there is and he still feels worried he'll probably find another way out of it.
The guy has certainly done well protecting his talent.

You mean aside from ruin the fight of the century because he was scared of losing right? You must mean that...

Yeah, he didn't get fights that the fans wanted to see but with this whole Pac vs Mayweather drama, ironically, Mayweather got all the crap for asking for one single fair thing for both and while Pac gave all kinds of suspicions, nobody said a thing. "It was all Mayweather's fault", go figure.
Is there really a boxer analist who is really really really neutral without taking sides with any boxer?
