WBO because it is the newest.
WBA - Three percent (3%) of the purse of each boxer with a minimum of $1,500 for the challenger and $3,500 for the champion, or the maxium of $150,000.
WBO - "Three percent (3%) of their purses with a minimum of $1,000.00 and a maximum of $90,000.00 per boxer."
WBC - "Three percent (3.0%) of all gross amounts received by the boxers as compensation for a bout... On gross compensation up to US$100,000 a minimum of US$3,000.00 shall be due from the champion, and US$1,000.00 shall be due from the challenger. In the event of a vacant title, a minimum of US$2,000.00 shall be due from each boxer."
IBF - "Three percent (3%) of the purse of each boxer with a minimum of $1,000 for the challenger and $1,500 for the champion"
So lets look at it this way if fighter A has all 4 belts and fighter B is challenging for all four and they decide to pay all of the sanctioning fees....
Assume a total purse of $5,000,000 for each fighter
This is what they pay out in fees
Fighter A (champion) and Fighter B (challenger)
Each pay...........
WBA - $150,000
WBO - $90,000
WBC - $150,000
IBF - $150,000
So total cost in sanctioning fees is $1,080,000 for a $10,000,000 total purse.
This does not include the belt charge, nor does it include Sanctioning body specific regulations in regards to weigh-ins etc, nor does it include fees for officials like refs and judges.
There all terrible, but the WBA has to take the cake as the absolute worst, with three champions (super, regular and interim) per division.
The WBC is the next worse as they also luvvv to make up new titles. The silver title, the diamond title, and they use interim titles way too often.
WBA goes first but sadly enough it was once the best of them all....
The WBC is nothing but a bunch of pimps and always has been but it is also the most prestigious of them all due to its previous holders and popularity
WBO while newest it is also the least bullshit involved and picks up popularity every year
IBF is one that IMO seemed to always have the least nonsense as far as politics go...
The ring title is the one to have hands down..The only one you can only win in the ring and it takes no money from the fighters...
I remember when poor Baldomir beat Judah and could only afford to keep one title because he could not afford the fees...I mean WTF is the sense in fighting for a title if it takes money from you?
I have to vote for the wba for their amazing work at heavyweight in recent times(nothing to do with haye btw)... although maybe they do deserve some respect for the amount of times they can get john ruiz to be number one contendor.. I'm sure they'll find a way to get him and valuev fighting for that title again..
And they have the super word title and the world title :S................

The WBA. When Dmitry Salita at 140 and John Ruiz at HW for many years can become the #1 contender in their weight class fighting for a "world title" then it needs to go. The other ones are pretty bad but the WBA is the worst of the lot. Oh and the 3 champion bullshit is ridiculous too.

The WBC awarded a "Diamond belt" to the Manny-Cotto winner, or was it Manny's fight before that? Basically it was to get a sanctioning fee. Now they're offering to award one at the same weight to the winner of Mayweather Mosley. The supposedly most presitgious belt ever and there's already two at the same weight. :) Eventually people will come to their senses and these guys will all be rounded up and shot.
I picked the WBO because it should be officially called the Warren Boxing Organization. They are all shady, but I say the least shady recently has been the IBF.
