Sadly David Tua...he doesn't fight often but he still has big power and a solid chin. Fields is the new version of Butterbean, not in that he's fat its just he fights the same level of competition. Fury is well overrated and may be the British version of Fields. And I admit I don't know much about Harris
Not seen fields or harris
a completely shot one legged david tua would still be able to batter tyson fury, average would be generous to describe that pikey c*nt
Tua has a fight comning up in a few2 weeks will be his 3rd in 8 months....He was unable to fight for abt6 2 years because he was robbed by some of the people who were amanging him and was going through a legal battle but until it was resolved if Tua fought all he was going to do was line the pockets of the guys who were robbing him....
He actually looks faster then when he was younger and still hits like a train plus his chin is one of the nbest around especially better t56hen the 3 mentioned...even at 37 I go with Tua easy
Tyson Fury is not even near a shot at a world title, I would fancy Chisora and Sexton to do a number on him right now.
Field is a big big dude with a very good trainer in Jesse Reed but he didn't impressed me at all till now. Tyson Fury is a guy with limited talent but lot of charisma, hence why he's a bit more known than what he should, a kind of John Duddy HW version. I think Tua is still the one with the biggest chances among these 4 from what I've seen but I must admit I don't know much about Mo Harris so I can just go by what I've seen.
Tye got blasted out by Monte Barrett right before Monte made his ill fated trip to England....so that should tell you he's no damn good
I just looked up Maurice Harris....apparently he was in one of the better B.A.D. Heavyweight KO's of all time......and he was on the wrong end of it

I still rate Denis Boytsov as one of the better fighters at heavyweight, he reminds me of a young Wladimir Klitschko. In fact up until recently Boytsov had Fritz Sdunek as his trainer so he really did have Wlad's throwback 100% attention to attack style. Boytsov being smaller the fighting in a crouch would help him more....Wlad used to fight like that and he was still very good at it despite giving up height and reach advantages because of it. One thing Boytsov uses more than Wlad is the uppercut....he's pretty good, I think size will give him trouble but he's very good....better than all these guys
Maurice Harris wasn't actually that bad at one point, after a poor start to his career. He started to get motivated and he had some good performances, he destroyed Jimmy Thunder. And he lost a controversial decision to a very old Larry Holmes, and he had that great battle vs Derrick Jefferson, which was one of the best Heavyweight fights of the 90s.
After that haven't really seen much of him, i think the last real fight of his i see was against Chris Byrd. I doubt he will do anything now, but for a short period he was a dangerous Heavyweight contender.
Pretty slim pickens right there. Tye Fields is better suited fighting under a circus big tent. Hey,nice size and good enough guy but seriously...come on,hes a gimmick in a starving division and the moment he faces anyone real...or a Barrett he's going to get peeled right open like a tin can, brutally! Tyson Fury, awesome name but limited at best with hopes of developing but dont see much coming. David Tua is one of the most disappointing stories in the heavyweight division in a loooong time Imo. The man had massive potential,an aura,TV friendly and a network star in the making but my god his promotion/management should be locked up for incompetence. Not to mention Tua has at times been his own worst enemy at the dinner table and has not always had fire in the belly. He's finding some footing at this late stage and I'm amazed he has not found his way back on a HBO or Showtime for Stateside exposure...not sure why in this division...Its wiiiide open with the brothers getting older. Mo Harris is a good story, always matched tough from the very beginning and I think his overall skills blow the previous three out of the water but he is long in the tooth and way out of his weight range fighting thick. Hope he gets a good shot but think his time has come and gone. Wow...Heavys are disappointing, enough to make a man a pure cynic:-X
Slim pickings is an understatement. I would be over the moon to see David Tua absolutely ice Tyson Fury. Now that would be fun.
Richard Towers or big Larry Oluwembuuuuuu would batter all of them and I'm sure they will at some point on the way to British title shots.
Richard Towers, I just checked it out, is exactly the guy I thought he was. I've seen this guy live at a show in Manchester, trust me, he won't even get to the top of British level, no way no how. Even Fury could give him a hiding. Poor as....... Fell free to give me a public flogging in the future if i'm wrong.....
I will!
Not sure why, but I have had a feeling he is going to do great ever since I saw his first fight. I'm backing him bigtime, he's my hidden gem for the future.
You know sometimes you just get the feeling? I've got it about him.
Larry would power through Fury IMO, Fury just couldn't handle those massive bombs.
I've seen Larry, Fury, and Chisoria...all lack in technical boxing skills, this is not to say they are not entertaining to watch but they are poor in skill and coming from an American that should strike you as criminally disappointing.
I have put my faith in Deontay Wilder, I know he's very raw, but I think he's got enough intagibles to do well in the division.
Will Tua ever win a title?
This is his last shot at it certainly...
He's def. got the better opp. out of that group.
The 1st thing that comes to mind when I think of Fields & Harris is there brutal KO's they suffered...
I'll have to check out Richard Towers...where is Price these days?
Tua should get a title shot if he can stay active and after he KO's Monte (I think he can do it within the first 3 rounds) perhaps you feed him someone like Dimitrenko and then give him a title shot. Or a fight with Tua vs Arreola or Sam Peter could rejuvenate interest in the winner.
I remember Haurice Harris outboxing my favorite heavyweight Larry Holmes 13 years ago when Harris was a huge underdog when he had a 9-8 record and getting robbed. Would love to see him luck into a shot at the title.
Italian dude? Do you mean Pianetta? I think he's got some great skills and he can definitely bring some action into the division.
I thought Price was a gold medalist?
I rate Towers over Fury. Towers seems in better shape. I saw a bit of Towers vs the fat Czech fighter
No Cammerelle it is no disgrace loosing to him he is a great am and had great career, but he is a skillful fighter and didnt come across as a puncher and he stopped Price in the semi;s and had him in trouble.
Price got the bronze medal.
I cant seem to find the fight on youtube either pretty sure it's knocking about somewhere.
