Im training to be a lifeguard, so maybe they can offer me the job.

But seriously why not ? swimming is one of the best exercises you can do. It works your entire body, and it stretches those muscles beyond belief.

I think people are forgetting what was said, i never said i wouldn't be KO'ed. I said i could maybe last 3 rounds, because i have a big height/reach advantage. I used swimming as an example as "part of my workout" but then people just went overboard.

But whatever i don't know why this guy, keeps bringing it up. I don't know the purpose of it is, other than try to take the piss out of ICB. But it doesn't bother me, he doesn't know me personally. He doesn't know what im capable of.

Seriously though, Wladimir Klit incoroporates swimming into his regimen because of its cardio benefits and also due to the fact the it has less stress on the joints than jogging...etc.

I did laugh it off, then someone came into this thread. And said that i said would last the distance because of swimming, i never ever said that at all. I said i could maybe last 3 rounds, i gave swimming as an example as part of my workout.

But why does it bother people ? i can believe what i want personally i know my own body. As i said no one knows me personally, and i don't think its out of this world that i could possibly last 9 minutes. With someone who's 8 inches shorter and has almost a 40 pound disadvantage.

But whatever people can believe what they want, just like i have that right.

It's funny but I could swear that I saw minutes of footage of him swimming in the last 24/7 that he did? ???

Guess they just really needed some filler for an article?
