Pick just about any day over the last 4 years and log onto Saddo any time of the day, and you would find at LEAST 2 Pac threads on the front page here... Whether they were about a previous fight, an upcoming fight, a possible future fight, or about what Pac had for breakfast last week...

But I don't even recall seeing a Pac vs Mosley thread for at least the past 3 weeks....

If he was fighting just about anyone else, there would have really been constant small amounts of chit chat and hype all the way up to the fight, as it has been for the past couple of years of his career...

But this just confirms that boxing fans think this fight is a total DUD.... yeah yeah I know, everyone is going to say thank you Captain Obvious...
But even past that, it's lost Pac any interest in him even outside the fight... Suddenly people stopped caring what Pac named his new dog, or which friends birthday he attended on the weekend..

The fight is still months away and it's still early. Remember the Pac-Margarito fight where most boxing fans were complaining and talking about boycotting the fight? Especially since Margarito looked like crap against his comeback opponent and add to it the handwraps issue. It still did 1.15 million PPVs.

Boxing fans don't make the up the majority of PPV buys it's the general public and casual fans that do. So I'm guessing they'll probably buy this fight too.

I think even xaduboxer is getting tired of talking about Pac. Lot less fanatics these days, the debates have been done already no need to recycle the same shit.

Also have to consider that both of them stay out of trouble. No TMZ coverage(love u Floyd;D).

The fight is old news...The closer it comes the more people will talk about it....People have heard enough about Manny and Floyd for the moment...There is plenty of other action right now worth talking about....Does not MATTER HOW LITTLE PEOPLE ARE SPEAKING OF IT THE FIGHT WILL SELL AND THERE WILL BE A SHIT LOAD OF MONEY MADE BY ALL INVOLVED.......

the pacman has to fight marquez after this fight. mosley looks shot and i think everybody expects pacman to win this one quite easily.

its more of a fight for the not fulltime boxing fans really

W are still months away from the fight. Things will pick up. Im in the extreme minority here and think it will be a good fight . Atleast for the first 6 rounds.

Worst thing Shane can do is try and match Pac for tempo. He tried to match Floyd and didnt have the lungs. He has to slow it down to his pace. Stand more flat footed like he did with Tony and let Pac bring the fight to him. Keep his punches long, work Pacs body to slow him up and DONT GET INTO EXCHANGES. Mosley is the bigger 1 punch hitter but in flurries Pac could catch Shane with the same type of punches that caused the 2nd Cotto knockdown if Shane doesnt think about every punch he throws.

'Boxing people' are very demanding and want every fighter to fight the very best available. Where does Shane rank if we compare to other candidates?

The fight is at 147 so i would still favor Shane over Berto, Bradley and Marquez.

brokers dont take risks they only buy when the damand is high so they can resale at a higher price. that is why brokers didnt buy omarq vs kat.

I would much rather see Berto-Pac than Mosley. How many times are we gonna see Mosley look bad before it's enough. Yea i know Mosley is a bigger name and will sell more tickets, but look at what Pac-Clottey did. Hopefully the third times a charm and we won't see Mosley in anymore of these fights, and we can see Pac and younger WW or floyd get in the ring.
