In What Round will El Canelo Stop Magic Matt Hatton this Saturday?

Because we all know it is happening. I believe before the 6th.

Do you think this is a step up fight after N'dou and Baldomir or regression for El Canelo? He's only 20, I get it, I get it, but please explain what this fight does for Alvarez's advancement? Maybe just a fight on the big stage and builds his name a bit...

I think Hatton is quite durable. If he tries to survive, i think he can last the distance. If he shows any ambition, i think he gets stopped inside 8.

If Alvarez starts fast he will win in one. If he takes a look at Hatton he'll win in two. If he fancies some rounds he'll win in three.

If Hatton goes the distance (imposible) it's a fix. Fact.

Daring prediction, I like it! Although it does seem very one sided you can never, ever rule anyone out....stranger things have happened! Max Kellerman is a presenter/pundit and Joe Cortez is a ref, theres 2 off the top of my head :)

hatton is the underdog deffo

he is being ruled out far to easily tho

look at alvarezes record, is it really that impressive? he stopped baldomir which was his best win but what was baldomirs preparation for the fight

I think hatton would have done just as good a job on all of alvarezes recent opponents in the form he is in

plus hatton is a fully grown man

i think its gonna be a lot closer than people think and i wouldnt be suprised if there was a shock

Round 7 is ringing round in my head. Total domination expected until that point though I fear!

He could probably pass for Micky Ward's long lost brother.

Headbutt cut stoppage inside of 4. The Wbc slips the ref a note and rules Canelo the winner and new Champion regardless on the grounds he is far more charismatic and that no one in a right mind would pay to see a rematch. Hatton can be heard yelling in the background "I'm Rickys brutha dammit, ask Oscar...HE knows who I am...bloody hell!!!!!" as Jim Lampley yammers on and on about Alvarez's fan friendly freckles and crossover appeal.

Not all of us have faith in him , Matt is not world class period , he just has a famous brother.

I'm not much kop at predictiung rounds, so for this one I think the shout of EARLY is gonna be just right.

I dreamt Hatton stopped him last night. Not idea why. I don't even care. Infact, i hope Alvarez stops him. But i will laugh if Hatton wins.
