Mike Perez vs Audley Harrison could be on
Now, I have always maintained that Audley Harrison should quit boxing and him wanting to carry on is ludicrous. HOWEVER, it looks like Cuban cum Irish banger Mike Perez could be squaring off against A Farce in September or October. This is a fight I want to see purely for the fact that Harrison WILL be brutally knocked out within two rounds.
Hope Eddie Hearn can get this signed, sealed and delivered.

a) You wouldn't, he's British.
b) To see him get knocked the fuck out.
c) He couldn't.
Re: Mike Perez vs Audley Harrison could be on
I liked the look of Perez in Prizefighter. Seemed to have good power, aggressive and quick. He should be able to bang Audley out in a few rounds, which is a shame as I'm probably one of the few people left who quite likes him :-\

Don't worry - you are not alone. Fantana is still out there somewhere deeply in love with Audley
I know nothing about Perez but have to say Harrison fighting does make me chuckle. One of the biggest wasted talents in boxing - probably the biggest in Britain for me. And when he wins I laugh when he says he is "back !" and when he gets sparked its hilarious too.
so hell yes lets see him in the ring again !

Well that's good to hear. Fantana's been strangely absent since the Harrison-Haye fight, I felt sure we'd have heard from him about how this was just a minor setback in Audley's march towards world domination (unless I missed it)
Apparently Perez had an excellent amateur career, he won the World Junior Championships in 2004 at Light Heavyweight. Here's him stopping Tye Fields in the Prizefighter final. It only lasts about a minute or so

I think Perez Hilton could beat Fraufley

perez had a very easy ride in prizefighter, probably the easiest passage to victory in any of the competitions so far
yes he looked alright but he wasnt exactly tested

I totally disagree with that but there you go. Each to their own.

well his first round, ok he was in a bit of a fight, but it was easy, the guy hardly threw a punch back
semis he fought the french dude who was completely fucked from his first round after fighting the 10foot russian and put up nothing of a fight, he KOed him very quick
then in the final perez had had 4 easy rounds, Fields had had 6 much harder rounds and the first punch that landed fields had nothing left
the only prizefighter i can think of where the winner had had it almost as easy was the one before where the scouser won the super middles
if you dont agree who has had it easier?
Re: Mike Perez vs Audley Harrison could be on
Funny you should mention Rocky Fielding as I was gonna say, they may as well have just given him the trophy at the start. Was it not light heavies though? He won it when Tony Dodson had to withdraw. Doddo would've beaten him.
Re: Mike Perez vs Audley Harrison could be on
Lets not forget that in the 1st round of the tourny Perez fought some guy who just came to fiddle him around. Perez landed alot of flush punches but couldnt put him away.
Also it took Haye 3 rounds to find the courage to let his hands go against Audley so I think this might be a long fight.

here you go mate - you obviously pissed his post fight report
Audley slip ruins night – Haye vs. Harrison fight break down
Re: Mike Perez vs Audley Harrison could be on
I have difficulties to be enticed by anything concerning A-Force.

Come off of it mate. That is absolutely garbage.;D Haye could've got him out of there whenever he wanted. He, like thousands of others, predicted a third round knockout. It was obvious he was just carrying the fight until then.

I duno. It looked like Haye was scared of taking risks. He reckons he was saving it until the round he put his money on but I reckon if he caught Audley eary he would have tried to finish it. He was the same against Valuev aswel who is equally slow and almost as useless. When Haye fights Wvlad I'll be surprised if he isnt overly cautious again.
