So which big mouths / trash talkers have been embarrassed in the ring?
Well, first one that comes to mind is Naseem Hamed vs Marco Antonio Barrera. Naz talked and talked, made fun of MAB, made a grandiose ring entrance, used religion to say he was going to win, etc. all this to get a beating in the ring. I savored his defeat. Still, he took it quite well.

he wasnt really a trash talker or a big mouth (and im a huge fan) but Golota said to Tyson before the fight- something along the lines of- "just make sure you show up" ;D

A very good middle in the early 1940's billed himself as "Sugar." Guy named George Costner. Well he made the mistake of fighting Ray Robinson. The opening bell rings and Robinson tries to touch gloves. Costner says "This ain't the last round." Robinson says "It is for you. There is only one Sugar."

Hamed:The Prince who turned back into a toad against Barrera and then took his bat and ball and went home never to return. A true champion returns from adversity and defeat bigger and better than ever, the toad just wimped out and headed straight for Mcdonalds!

Fernando Vargas vs De la Hoya...that turned into a grudge match after Vargas said Oscar wasn't a real Mexican or whatever.

Macho Camacho vs Julio Cesar Chavez
He was all talk before the fight and I even got nervous about this fight thinking Macho was really going to win. Macho took one of his worst beatings :-X.
Team Freedom member and heavily hyped Jorge L Gonzalez prior to match with Bowe. Afterwards ....not so much :-X
