Fo the first time Floyd no longer looks like a kid to me. Father Time is doing his work.
Why do you think I'm inside? ;)
Out here you really do have to stay in the shade though. I'm usually either on my lanai (covered porch) like now, or under an umbrella on the beach. Just about everywhere I go has wifi coverage.
Back on topic, I really wonder who Floyd is now. Roger admits he's slowing down and now he looks older. I don't think Ortiz is the guy who can leave him marked up the way older fighters get marked up, but has he waited too long to get after Manny?
Of course it is my view Manny is on the downside as well, so who the hell knows.
huh? KInda of ironic there Floyd. Ortiz is trying to dethrone you? But Ortiz is the one holding the belt? Oh, do you mean the Linear title you have failed to defend since 2006?
dam he must have picked up smoking two packs a day since I last saw him. Father time is definitely startin to leave a mark on him, looks to be 40 which is funny because he always used to look younger than he was.
floyd really isn't very bright... they shouldn't let him talk in public.
yeah... and they all come across as morons. everytime. guaranteed.
big respect for PBF for taking this fight, don't let the looks fool you there is zero I mean ZERO wear and tear with this guy.
Floyd definitely is campainging to change his negative image. It's a little interesting at the 1:45 mark of the video below. His words are not exacting but the do imply he willing to go to the table. I'm not so sure how genuine he is knowing Pacquiao is already committed for September, but who knows Marquez wouldn't be the only fighter that fell down from a tuneup fight.

Yes Floyd is looking old.
I don't believe that he hasn't been training other than playing basket ball. I don't believe that all.
I think this will be one of the most interesting fights of floyd's career, will he be old in the ring? will he still be the best etc?
I'm actually very interested in this fight now.
We've been tricked. That's no Mayweather, that's an imposter. No confrontation when they touched nose? Didn't Floyd have a scuffle with Shane when they touched? And how many times did he thank the fans there?
Kidding aside, I wish this is just Floyd reinventing himself, making himself a gentler, kinder person. He will get back some fans that he lost and gain new ones by being this way.
If you were paying attention to the comment instead of who wrote the comment you would have understood it.
That comment is about gaining fans and not about legacy. If you think Floyd does not care about getting some fans, then you're wrong. He cares even if it's only during the promotions for his fights. Why do you think he keeps thanking the fans in that speech? It's the general public (maybe this is what you call the nonboxing fans) who catapults a PPV into a megahit.
As you can see, I refrained myself from hurling insults and name-calling. I can be civil even if you are not.
I'm actually excited to see this fight. First, cause mayweather is back in the ring. Second, Ortiz is pretty big and is a reasonable opponent. But Mayweather still wins this one.
haha somethings never change! It seems everytime Floyd is questioned and doubted he comes up with a super performance!
I used to be PBF's biggest hater when I posted reguarly before, however the bloke is without doubt one of the most complete boxers of all time, there really is no doubting that.
He will school Ortiz.
Floyd talking about Manny, legal issues, and Ortiz on ESPN? I'll have to put that on my "things-to-do-list".
1. Watch the Wlad-Haye fight.
2. Cut the grass.
3. Wash the car.
4. Enjoy the 4th of July with family.
5. Catch up on some house projects.
6. Watch a re-run of the Wlad-Haye fight (if it's good).
7. Sleep.
8. Rest.
So on...
and so forth...
101. Think about watching Floyd talk on ESPN.
102. Decide I've got better things to do.
103. Cut the grass.
104. Wash the car.
etc.
etc.
etc.
Nothing that man could ever say interests me in the least bit.
;)
