Fury vs chisora outcome?
Who you people got winning this and why??
I'm going for fury late tko, I don't think it will go 12 and that's due to the ko ratios on their records
Fury late tko
-
They both stink. But I will randomly pick Chisora to win
-
I think Fury will get clubbed senseless, but somehow stay on his feet despite his brain switching off. He is a monster of a man.
I can see either a late Fury KO, or a ref stoppage for Chisora.
Should be an unfit slug fest.
-
...Hmm I'm thinking Chisora stops him 8.
-
Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
I'm looking forward to this fight, I think it will be much more entertaining than Haye vs Wlad.
Fury imo just isn't good enough to hang with Chisora who I believe is a decent fighter.
I think Fury is better than his reputation, and I expect him to be durable but I would imagine Chisora stops him late on in a similar fashion to his wins over Sam Sexton.
I would be shocked if Fury won this however, to me he's as big an underdog as Haye against Wladimir.
It won't be a close fight, well maybe for 4 or 5 rounds, then it will be all Chisora.
-
Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
I am also looking forward to this fight
I think Fury will win probably in the middle rounds
it will be interesting to see what chisora does, the gameplan he brings
Fury had a tough time with macdermott but i think chisora would as well

Chisora wins via Fury auto knock-out around the middle of the fight:D
-
Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
Fury to box nicely for a few rounds before Delboy catches up with him, looking forward to some entertainment in this fight.

in what way do they stink?

Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
I am warming to Fury (even though he is a pikey git) and see a Fury win......by a devastating KO win...around the 5-6 rounds
Job Biscuit (Chisori is all mouth and needs to be shut up)!!!
eh eh!!

Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
as much as i think both are average in world terms , this could actually be a hum dinger of a fight, im going for a draw :)

Yup this is a bum fight that really should be held in a pub car park.
I pick chisora too. Fury will probably knock himself out.

Chisora's your boy. ;D

Ha...well I wouldn't say that. I just feel kind of bad for the ugly fuck he seems to actually enjoy fighting, he's got a bit of a mean streak in him. I think Chisora would have given a better effort than Haye.
Fury is out there saying how he knows he would beat Wladimir :vd:
You Brits aren't much on humility are you ;D

do americans support americans?

It depends what you mean by better effort? run aout throwing punches? maybe but wlad would have KO'ed him within 3. Chisora is a similar size to haye but with out the speed, footwork or punch power or ability. I can't see chisora doing 12 rounds with wlad he doesn't have the stamina.
However I do think he'll beat fury who struggled with a very game mcdermott.
Wlad has absolutely nothing to worry about from either of these.
David Price would destroy either of these without too much problem.

Americans still support Americans, but as an American I tend to judge American fighters more harshly than other fighters. I said Arreola had no shot at winning a title off either Klitschko and so far I'm right. I was a bit shocked when Adamek beat Arreola so easily, but like I've said he's not a student of the sweet science he's a brutish brawler and therefore he's limited in what he can do.
Seth Mitchell, Joe Hanks, Deontay Wilder are all a bit green to fight at a high level, but they are relatively young and there's time for them to learn.
I've yet to see much of Price. Chisora and Fury seem like they'll be good on tv, but they aren't extremely talented IMO.
As for Haye, he's a great athlete but he put in a horrible effort and if he did that vs anyone else yes he would lose again.
-
Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
I'm going with Chisora.
Don't really rate Fury at all... and if Wlad was going to give a title shot to Chisora then obviously Chisora must be a high calibre opponent and much better than Fury.
Kidding of course, but I still don't get what Chisora had done to earn the shot, I know Wlad likes to keep busy, but come on! ;)
-
I think Richard Towers beats them all, he's just so poorly managed no one knows about him, so he is never going to get any decent fights.
Shame because he is just going to float along picking up average pay days for ages and then when he does get a decent fight he'll lose because he has only fought bums.
Best raw British heavyweight talent I've seen in ages. A giant guy who is actually fit and healthy. No fat on him at all.
-
I'd like for Mitchell, Hanks, or Wilder to get a shot at the winner or loser of this match...it would be good stuff.
-
Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
Probably Chisora. I think it'll be on points, I don't think his power is great and I think Fury should be durable enough to go the distance. I like Fury though so I'll be cheering him on.
-
Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
I think fury, what he lacks in skill he makes up for in bravery
Although I think he does have skill he just needs a good trainer.

....He's been working with Manny Steward a bit. I doubt Manny is his head trainer, but Fury has trained with him recently.
-
Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
I think Steward is good at refining a finished product and getting the best out of it... but If Fury is a finished product then I'd be after a refund, manufacturing error.
Look what Steward did for Hamed. He didn't have enough to work with to make enough of a difference and I see it the same with Fury.

I disagree. He's great at taking a guy either from scratch or who is 'damaged goods' in some way & refining them. I think his work with guys like Hamed, Oscar & Dawson shows that when a guy just comes to him for the name value, there is little improvement.
Fury is neither & has clearly got motivation issues judging from the fact he flits between a dozen trainers between fights. It's tough fight for a rooting interest, I don't know who I want to win.

what do you mean? there wasnt enough room for improvement? or hamed didnt have enough motivation?
-
Re: Fury vs chisora outcome?
Chisora to stop Fury around the 8th. Fury has terrible stamina he has a decent heart but Chisora is a step up from what he has been fighting. Chisora will grind him down slowly imo.

There was plenty of room for improvement, loads of fundimentals weren't there or had been neglected with Naseem.
Ego too big, head too small. A trainer can only do so much. He just wasn't able or willing to change and improve at that point.

Both fighters are nobs! Looking forward to it though and both have potential. However I Think Chisora has showed more promise and will be able to wear down Fury late. I just feel Fury is going to get caught late in the fight and not be able to keep away from a late Chisora onslaught.
I'm looking forward to hearing from the loser though haha!
Also if Wlad faces the winner he will knock either man out.

I think if Wlad fought them as a tag team he'd drill both of them.

Did you see that Kevin Johnson called out Seth Mitchell? He said he'd fight him for $1 if he lost and if he won for $50k. Brash, right? I'm not too high on any of the three heavyweights you mentioned.

If Wlad fought fury then he'd throw less punches, he'd throw the jab, and Fury would tag himself with every other punch till the fight was over. Fury is banking on the tendency of winning rounds because he does more damage to himself than Wlad does
