not been watching this tournament, what round we up to and who is left in
switched on other day and taylor had just won his first round match and was slagging someone off in post match interview with dave clark. Who was he slagging off ?? (I assume it was Nicholson though not sure)

Actually I think you made a good prediction about Chizzy. He ain't up there with the top boys yet, but in his first year in the PDC this is second TV comp he's made and I believe he's already qualified for the world championship. To do that from scratch is impressive. Barney didn't qualify for this comp when he made the switch.

Fucking Taylor ruined what would have been a classic final. Wade was playing well. Taylor played UNREAL the first dozen or so legs.
Wade has clearly fully recovered from that nightmare against Waites in the Grand Slam now though. He is easily the second best in the world behind Taylor, even though he doesn't have the turn of foot Anderson and Lewis have.

Anderson is currently my favourite player. He is the best scorer I have ever seen, but he lacks the bottle and the killer instinct. Dubious on his doubles too. I was quite serious when I said Wade is the 2nd best player ever imo.

Nicholson beat Taylor at the UK open (live on Sky). Taylor started whinging that Nicholson didn't show him enough respect after the match. Sky made a big deal about it. Nicholson, at the next comp, with Sky still making a big deal about it, then says Taylor's gonna get it next time they meet.
Everyone in darts then slags Nicholson off for disrespecting the million times world champion and daring to believe he can beat a man he's already beat twice on the telly.

It's on this afternoon (3pm roughly).
Yesterday was awesome! The combined average for the 8 players was over 100!! Chizzy was looking good :D averaged over 100! They were saying that there is a load of talk about him for the pro tour where is apparently awesome (has done 2 nine darters recently) and that if he can translate that to the stage, watch out evertybody else!
Lewis was unbelievable - Chizzy did almost nothing wrong and still lost 10-5 - best Aidy has played since Ally Pally.
Im convinced Whitlock is Brett Lee in a comedy beard and pony tail.

Lewis' 9 darter was unreal!! As was his 121 to win on the bull!!
The 121 finish was better than the nine-darter (this has nothing to do with the fact I backed Lewis and was calling him all the cunts under the sun until he pulled it off).
Amazingly it was Lewis scoring that let him down in the final. Just 2 180s.
Taylor played brilliant against everyone. It's great now though that Taylor gets pushed all the way even playing his best. And beat if not at his best. Nicholson's a shoo-in for a Prem league spot.
