this seems to have been confirmed a few minutes ago. Death unexplained for the moment but further investigation should explain it... and we could bet a little something on alcohol or drugs.

I didn't like her attitude nor her music, but clearly a woman with a lot of issues and the premature death of anyone is quite horrid. Clearly a very tormented individual, she is likely a little less troubled now.
I'm sure plenty will be going good riddance..but believe it or not I have sympathy for troubled souls.
they tried to make her go to rehab, but she said no, no, no.
So much talent shame she fell to her demons. RIP.

She was never likely to die of old age was she.
It's a shame, clearly having lots of money only made her worse.
I think the question of what killed her is more a question of which drug killed her.

Not a surprise that she's dead. What's surprising is that she lasted this long being alive.
When did she really start making a name? I always wonder with the ones that young if the addiction preceded the fame or vice versa. Its not a shock, but its a shame.

My wife is so behind with the times. We were in the car yesterday and the new Amy Winehouse single came on and she said she would like to see her in concert. She didnt believe me when I tried to explain she was dead, so just to keep the peace I said I would sort it out for her.
