Has anyone noticed this new sports channel? Called Box Nation, apparently it's something to do with Frank Warren.
Currently showing Rogan vs Skelton for free.
Looks like it could be a dedicated boxing channel. Seems to be free too.
Anyone else notice it?
Yeah stumbled on it last night , watched Maccarinelli getting flattened , and Cleverly was on also , any channel showing any boxing free must be good ;D

How much is the Cotto fight in the USA on ppv?
Will they be showing the Manny Pac fight as well, if they are, then Sky can be forgotten about. Just Froch's luck.
I'm not sure but I think it will be free with a mega loads of other fights free until the end of the year...£10 a month is value if you can afford it...i think its great for boxing fans and a great injection of boxing for all levelsQuote:

Yesterday's USA v UK was good Buncy is wacky.
I hope it comes on the virgin platform soon as I have to keep on setting up the sky to watch the boxing.

How the he'll can u start to charge people for this one sport when I already pay 60 pounds a month for a sky sports package. If this was a free view Chanel u could expect to get millions of viewers for good fights but charging 10 pound a month I not going to attract more than 25,000 subscribers. Boxnation has no chance in the world of working and it is never going to attract new people into this sport by charging to watch it. I love boxing and I won't pay this extra money for something that I'm already paying for sky sports, think I'll just have to watch prizefighter from now on and Tyson fury on Chanel 5. Hopefully they realise this ain't going to work and keep it as a normal tv Chanel. We all pay out tv licence and a lot of people have sky sports and this I expensive enough.Quote:

Can you order this channel when you dont subscribe to sky at all?
I stopped paying for sky about 2 years ago as all I wanted to watch on it was boxing and the simpsons. They stopped eurosport being free and then setanta came along and there wasnt any free boxing at all. Id pay for a channel dedicated to boxing but would resent paying sky anything for fuck all.
I hate having to watch and read about shitty boring football but thats what makes up 80% of sport coverage in the papers and on poxy sky! Its pathetic, they cover shitty little regional teams and a shambles of a national team that wouldnt beat the top regional team!
Britain as a nation has world champion boxers in a sport whee they risk their life every time they compete but theyd rather watch a bunch of overpaid sissy cry girls that are more famous for sleeping with pensioner prostitutes and their best mates missus than any actual sporting acomplishments.
For as crap as Audley has been, Id bet he would do better in a game of pro football than Britains best footballer (who is that? Is that like being the best at maths in a special needs class?) would in a pro boxing match.
