In all honesty I probably will.
It has a great undercard and even if you consider the main fight is a mismatch £15 is not much for seeing such a great card. Obviously I would prefer it to be free but for big fights such as this that's no longer the case. What's it costing in America, $40/$50? so I still think we are getting it cheap.
My only regret is that Sky are not covering it as I prefer their commentators to Primetime.

Sorry, I think we disagree on this.
I'd rather pay to watch elite fighters from anywhere than pay for a card just because it featured a British fighter. Think of some of the Khan PPV's and tell me they were value for money. At least with this fight we are watching (arguably) the No. 1 P4P fighter in the world.
Nationality doesn't come into it for me. If I think it's a good fight or card I'll pay for it because that's just the way it is and it's not going to change. Would you rather have Mayweather free and pay for Fury vs Chisora???
This is the worst thing about the Khan/Sky/Golden Boy fall out. It would have been free on Sky.
It wont do good numbers at 4am UK time. Plus it wont have Sky and their media outlets promoting it, so will go pretty much unnoticed over here. But the primetime mob have already done dodgy PPVs so are clearly not bothered by that. At least it's avialable for the hardcores I guess.
Floyd-vs-most guys is a mismatch. At least Ortiz is young and can bang a bit. Good fight.

I can't believe Fury/ Chisora has been brought up as a comparable for this fight. Bit of a difference.
I hate Primetime, not sure why, just do. Have never paid for one of their cards and I'll be gutted if this is on it.
Its on at 4am anyway, so I'll go bed as per normal and just download it in the morning in HD for free (Primetime is still not HD)
If I paid for it, chances are I'd fall asleep by 3.45am anyway.
I blame Khan as I do for everything in life now a days. :)
This might be the first PPV I have paid for in a long time.
1-For starters its on at 0400ish in the morning so even my local valley pub will be closed by then.
2-The returne of arguably the best p4p fighter in the world
3-Good undercard
4-hate watching fights on streams on the net
5-£15 is not exactly going to skint me for a 1 off
It is a slippery slope to start going down, I am in 2 minds but probably will not in the end. The only PPV fight I would watch is Pac v Floyd. Fortunately Pac fights are on sky.Quote:

As far back as JCC v Whitaker was not shown live I believe. Just do not think it is right to have to PPV these fights, we pay enough anyway.

I state that fight because that would have been worth paying Eubanks flew over during his training camp to watch the fight live, it was that big. These fights are few and far between so Floyd v Ortiz would not be worth it.Quote:
