It would depend on the individual. I don't think you can say someone is from a particular country therefore they would be good in bed. However, you can evaluate attractiveness and IMO there are just too many inbreds and elephants. I could never imagine the prospect of sleeping with one of those being terribly enticing.
Also there is nothing particularly proper about British women. British people often have pretty appalling manners. I think proper Englishness has been dying out for a long time and what has emerged is a consumerist, immoral abyss and women are about 50% of that population.

The reason why I started this thread is the Royal wedding. Watching with my wife who is a freak. I watch a interview with Kate Middleton. She is so beautiful and proper.
