For most of you on this forum, I would guess boxing, but if not, what's your favorite sport? Or: If boxing is your favorite sport, what's in 2nd place?
For me, boxing is easily my favorite sport, followed at a distance by American College Football. I have zero interest in MMA, Pro Basketball, Pro Baseball, and i've just about lost all interest in Pro Football.
BTW, I don't care what you say, surfing the web for porn isn't a sport. ;)
Hockey and boxing are 1a and 1b for me.
However, if I had to pick just one I would go with boxing. I can enjoy watching pretty much any boxing match, from two journeymen to superstars, and I can't say the same about hockey. I love the Vancouver Canucks, but beyond their games my interest seriously wanes.
Surfing is in my blood been at that for nearly 40 years, then fight sports boxing is first in a list of them. Womens beach volley ball for the no1 spectator sport and womens gymnastics also figure skating are artistic and nice to watch their form too.
Boxing, football, tennis and cricket are my favourites, but clearly boxing wins.

CFH what did you think of the trade recently? I couldn't be happier that we got rid of sammy, I was tired of his weak play and Sturm had only played a few games so who really knows how he was gonna turn out but it wasn't looking good.
Well, Sammy has played like shit for a while, but he was always money in the playoffs. Sturm got a contract that way overpaid him this summer and he's obviously never going to recover from his leg injuries, so we didn't lose anything there.Quote:

Football was always my first love but Im slowly but surely losing interest in it Im afraid, dont even watch match of the day religiously anymore :-\
At the moment Im loving my tennis, play once a week, practice 2 or 3 times a week.
I'll watch any major championships to be fair, doesnt really matter what sport, I love it all.
Yeah I was really liking how Hodgson looked so far. at least they are putting him at 3rd line center and not on the wing. Malhotra can still take the important draws and him and hodgson are opposite handed so it will work out. but where would raymond fit into the picture when he comes back? MMA is my first love, followed by any and all combat sports; boxing, karate, kickboxing, Muay Thai, K-1, sanshao, judo, SAMBO, wrestling (folk, freestyle, Greco), jiu jitsu, ADCC, CACC, street fights, whatever. As long as two dudes are beating the shit of eachother, I'm watching.

Unfortunately, Schneider will go. It's either him or Luongo, and it's not going to be Luongo. Truth be told, at this point I'd rather have Schneider. I still think Lu, when he's on, is a fantastic goalie, but I'm sick of the whirlwind of bullshit that constantly surrounds him. He's the most polarizing Canucks I have ever seen.

i ahd some friends from the Dominican Republican and they told me seriously there's a sport there called "Chingacabra" or "Coger Burros" in which the people drive out into the countryside, drink large amounts of rum, and then run out into the open fields chasing donkeys, tackle them in a group tackle, and fuck them. I couldnt believe it but years later other Dominicans have confirmed they do in fact do this. Is that a sport do you think?
