I think Burns would outpoint Kevin , or stop him on facial injury , lets get it on.

Mitchell is in the top ten world rankings so I see the fight being a good idea for a big event in the uk. Mitchell was dumb against Katidis. Should not have got involved in a brawl and taken a knee when in trouble. I think he has a lot to offer in this fight but there is something about burns. I have bet against him against Katsidis and Martinez and he won those fights. So I cant go against him in this fight. Burns by SD is my guess.

I'd like one to face Demarco and the other to fight Vazquez and then Rios to fight Marquez first. Then Unification time. I know it ain't gonna happen but i would find it hard to choose between Burns and Mitchell. I'd have to narrowly back Mitchell who can box magnificently and because he is English but i love Burns who despite not being a massive banger has done himself proud. His application is inspirational as is his ability to follow a game plan and Kevin unfortunately seems a bit lost at the moment.

Burns is a good fighter, but I'd pick Mitchell for this bout.

MItchell makes Burns look like a pedestrian and Rios knocks him out in 6 rounds or less..
I think both Burns and Mitchel are world class. Mitchel hasnt proven it yet but he will do. Burns is getting better and better and is now a 2 weight champ beating 1 of the most dangerous men in his first fight at the weight.
Hope they arent matched off against each other though even though it makes for a good fight.

Was very impressed with Burns' performance against Katsidis, I'd pick him to out box Mitchell. Will be a top fight though imo as Mitchell is not to be counted out

If Mitchell could beat Burns I reckon he should rematch Katsidis and try and avenge the loss. It would be great for his record and confidence. A win over Burns would be great for Mitchells record and if he could beat Katsidis he would be one of the men to beat at 135.
I think Mitchell-Burns should happen, it would be great for British boxing.

I think for Mitchell though if he could beats Burns, Katsidis still has the upper hand over Mitchell. I understand your amir khan argument in relation to Mitchell - Burns however i think Khan - prescott should have happened in the short term post Khans victory not after Prescott has lost so many he has lost his credibility. Katsidis however still has the style to haunt Mitchell as proved in the first fight and I think if Mitchell could beat Burns in the immediate next fight he should take on Katsidis. Katsidis still has that winner over Mitchell and I just believe if they could ever fight again it would be a much better fight and Mitchell could nick it. I'm not against this rematch at the moment in time. If Katsidis fights in his next fight and loses badly I more than likely would be against Mitchell - Burns. It's all on Katsidis in his next outing, it's a big ask for him after the Burns loss, that would be a physcoligcal big blow and will take a lot to bounce back from. If he still has the hunger like we have seen in the past we all know he is a true force at 135, we will have to see though.
