It actually makes me cringe when i hear young fighters announcing those fake retirements. IT's as if they do it just so that people would miss them.. fast forward a month or two and they announce their comeback..
Drama queen

Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
I've stopped caring about anything Haye says or does; it's all quite foolish, really. I'm not anticipating anything from Haye and I'm sure he'll string along this whole "maybe, maybe not" game for a while...
Completely disregarding his (tired) childish and somewhat narcissistic shenanigans, if a fight does happen, I may watch it for free. :dontknow:

Yes I do agree why make yourself, look fool that's all he is doing.:headscratch:

If it does happen i wouldnt expect haye to win, i think vitalis a harder fight than wlad, altough even tho hayes performance was crap against wlad i still think vitali v haye wud be one of the best hw clashes available with todays lack of talent, i just hope haye throws caution to the win and goes for broke, it wud be hayes only chance to try land bombs, id rather see haye get ko'd trying than put in a wlad style performance again, regardless wat the haters say haye has talent he just lacks the pure hw size, if he just lets rip at least it wud giv fans value for money........ Not like the let down against wlad!!!
-
I'd have no intrest what so ever in this! Haye is a total bandit! He's taken the paying public for total fools in his last two ppv fights! Trying to get everyone thinking Harrison was good enough to put up a fight and have us all pay £15, then convincing us he would at lest attempt to ko klit in the summer! Then announcing his retirement, everyone knew it was a plan to try and push the next fight with vitali! Greedy, money hungry is all he is!

Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
Let him prove his value by fighting Helenius or some other up and comer, he didn't earn another title shot by his closeness in the fight or his future potential draw. I mean surely he's lost the interest of the masses in the UK....................hasn't he? :-\
-
Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
comeback from what.
He fought twice in 2008
once in 2009
twice in 2010
once in 2011
Were 2 periods where he didn't fight for 8 months and a period where he didn't fight for 11.5 months.
He fought in July. If he were to face Vitali in March or April of 2012, he would have been sitting out for a normal period for him: about 8-9 months.
-
Agreeded i think haye shud fight sumone else before getting another shot, though i still think bar the klitchkos haye is about the best other hw out there at the mo

Sad
I'd rather see Vitali-Valuev to be honest just for the spectacle of it 6'8 vs 7'0 huge fight as far as size goes and I would like to see Valuev KO'd.
I have no interest in seeing David Haye fight anyone ever again.

Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
Haye can alway's tailk, a good fight but his
stock went down in my eye's, in the Klitscko fight.
So please stop playing people, and no more bull shit
just make your come back.:o:
Show us all you can still fight;D

Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
He should win this by early ko :)
-
By the way...
Where the hell is Solis these days?
I would hope his knee injury has healed??

Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
The sad thing is it is going to be all up to Vitali if he allows this clown the fight. I mean lets face it there is nobody left really that can give the K bros a loss or bring in the money like loudmouth Haye can. And on a side note to people in the entertainment and sports biz. Do not use the word RETIREMENT when you are only taking a break.
-
Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
My interest in this fight is limited to seeing the less passive Vitali dish out a beating. There's no doubt in my mind who's winning it.

I briefly thought you were the lone dissenter, until I saw the smiley face at the end.
;D
Sad, when even your own countrymen refuse to take you seriously anymore.
Haye...... please just ride off into the sunset.

Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
Well i can only speak for myself but i would like to see Haye fight again.
Its not like there is a lot of interesting heavyweight fights coming anytime soon.
Man, soon were going to have to bare witness to the Wlad Mormeck. Ugh

i agree
doesnt matter how much chance haye has of winning the fight, at least it will generate more interest than any other HW fight by miles and miles
and there will be more chat between us lot
wlad and vitali could be fighting provetkin and helenius on the same night in the same ring and there would be less threads started on here than a vitali haye fight

Doesn't matter how aggressive Vitali is because Haye will be on his bicycle the entire fight.

I agree with this. Let's see Haye beat Arreola, Helenius, or the winner of Povetkin/Boswell. Earn the shot. His last performance didn't earn him a shot.

In a fair world that would happen
He doesnt need to tho, he is still a bigger draw than all four of them, together, on the same night
-
Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
Haye is contemplating getting knocked out is what he's going, he should stay retired after his last performance.
-
Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
Haye should stick to his plan of becoming an actor.. He'd be better off with that rather than pretending to be a boxer.

Come on mate, he's no Vinny Jones is he? I don't see Haye getting much of an acting career, but he's got enough money that he doesn't really have to do it for that I suppose.
The problem is about who else is around in the heavyweight's to reinvigorate the division?

Most definitely not. Haye doesn't even qualify to be Jones' fluffer.
Im not ready to call him a Klitschko killer, but, I have high hopes for Hardcore Amir Mansour..
-
No doubts Haye will be a better actor than a boxer...I mean he couldn't possibly be worse could he?
As for Mansour we'll see, he's certainly started to talk like Haye...that hasn't worked out well for anyone else that's done it.
-
Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
Is there anybody who really thought that Haye was really retired? 32 years old, craving for attention... I am not surprised one second and matter of fact, I was waiting for him to call somebody out again.
-
Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
Although Vitali is tougher than Wladimir, I actually believe that Haye would find Vitali a slightly easier proposition, on account of the fact that Vitali is slow, robotic & static.
Haye could utilise his superior speed to try & outscore Vitali.
Saying that, I'd still pick Vitali, but I think Haye could put in a much better showing.

I actually agree with this.. I think haye matches up better with Vitali than he did with Wlad..
Not only can father time catch up to Vitali in any fight, but he's also injury prone and the dude is so clumsy unlike his lil bro... He's also slower.

Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
What's worse than this fight is that there are people out there that would actually pay more than fifty cents to watch this crap. Funny these same people complain about boxing, promoters, and the crappy fights we get. Wait just to be sure, this is the same ass clown who drew pictures of the bros decapitated came out to the fight dressed like the tin man then bitched about a sore big toe right. Shit mid-as-well put j clottey back on ppv too. If you can sell haye you can sucker fans into buying anything i guess.

See the klit fans are starting to talk far fetched stupidity to stick the boot in
The build up has started already :)

Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
I just threw up in my mouth at the thought of him coming back. :puke:

+1. Is someone really going to make this fight after the last nonsense we slept through?
-
Re: David Haye contemplating a comeback to face Vitali Klitscko
I was a fan but not anymore after the retirement crap. He has the natural talent but no heart what so ever. In my book Haye is just a pretty boy, soaking up the fame trying to make as much money as possible not caring about winning a fight, just wanting to profit from it as much as possible.
The irritating thing is that there are no heavy weights out there that could do better than Haye against the Klitchkos. I suppose we need to rest our hopes on Helanious even though I think he is overated. Maybe Huck will give us a slight glimmer of hope of making the heavy weight devision even remotely exciting but that is very doubtful.
