Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
SecondsOut Boxing News - Main News - Bellow And McIntosh Go Head To Head At Weigh In
I see Mcintosh being destroyed. He's not terrible but Cleverly beat him up 3 years ago, Mcintosh was out of his depth and he was outgunned. He is more experienced now though having picked up the European away from home before losing it in his first defence. He says he wasn't himself that night, who knows?
I say he has found his level and winning the European was probably the best he can perform, maybe fight of his life.
He looks a lot smaller than Bellew who we know can bang and likes a tear up. I think he will just be too good for Mcintosh who I believe will try his best but won't be able to match Bellew in any department.
Not exactly a blockbuster of a fight but will make entertaining viewing.
Bellew by KO anytime after the 6th depending on how much punishment Big Mac can take.

That's what I think too. Bellew by stoppage after 6. Too much power.

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
Mcintosh was a lot younger and a lot less inexperienced when he fought clev
plus i think the clev fight flatters bellew
it will be a close fight, i might even put my money on an upset

Interesting to hear.
What do you think of Mcintosh overall then?

I like both fighters but you have to go with Bellew , I like the guy he's mad.;D

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
Hope Macintosh springs an upset but he is a big outsider.
Bellew based on how well the each performed vs Cleverley you'd have to give Bellew the edge He will box safely and then start digging them in as the rounds go on. Macintosh will do well if he lasts to the 10th , 11th 12th.

I would love to see this fight think it will be a domestic cracker. Bellow wins in a war.

When you say "WOULD" master, would that mean that you are unaware that they are actually fighting tonight at 10pm on Sky?
Mcintosh better have improved from the Cleverly fight, otherwise he won't be seein the final bell tonight. I think he has improved, but not quite enough, and his no show at the final press conference and nervy look at the weigh-in makes me think he's not really fully up for it. But who knows.

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
I like Bellew to win by stoppage in about 7-8 rounds.

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
Mcintosh is going to get horribly sparked out - Fact!

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
Memphis with a good prediction there... Bellew was different class throughout. McIntosh had been gradually getting beat up, and he really walked on to that one. Massive right hand.
As for the commentator's comment "Bellew is getting world class", I think I'm going to reserve judgement until he beats someone that is in that class or close to it.

That was a big knockout from Bellew there, that was a one sided dominant and disaplined performance. I look forward to seeing his next fight.

Damn...I took my eyes off the screen literally for a split second then boom it was over.
Caught the replay though ;D
Good start to the weekend for me...betting wise.

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
Mcintosh was worse than I expected! Don't see anywhere for him to go from here.
Even when he was getting beat up he was posing and grinning when he should have been fighting back.
Not a fan of Mcintosh in the first place, one of those people who seem to have a high opinion of themselves before they really achieved much.

Bellew seems to be boxing in a more controlled manner, not so much brawling he's showing people
he can box a bit it was a good perform ans.;)

Very impressed by Bellew he looked quality. Mcintosh was awful and too open. Bellew is world title quality for me.

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
Bellow was screaming for a rematch with Cleverly. It would make sense for Bellow to go for another title and try and get a unification, he is good enough to win a title.

I want to see Bellew stateside for a fight. He should consider Will Rosinksy or the guy who just beat Sillakh.
-
Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
Bellew deserves a rematch with Cleverly but won't get it unless he brings a title to the table, too risky for Cleverly.
Cleverly calling out the big names which he has a right to do as he holds a title but I don't see him beating the likes of Dawson.
Hopefully Bellew can get some fights in against Americans and get his name out there more. Dawson might even fancy it at the end of the year.

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
He should go after Gutknecht next. Might have to travel but wining the EBU strap will certainly move him up the rankings. Don't think we'll see Cleverly-Bellew II unless Tony gets himself in a mandatory position.

Re: Bellew vs Mcintosh - how do you see this?
I'd like to see Bellew get a return with Cleverly but can't see it happening in the near future.
Someone like Chilemba, Sukhotsky or Gutknecht would be nice
