How many current or ex-pro boxers on this forum?
Don't know whether this question has been asked before... if so, sorry. But I know there's a significant of posters who have been involved in boxing in some sort or another (not just a fan). So my question is: Are there any ex or current pro boxers on this forum that anyone knows about?

Re: How many current or ex-pro boxers on this forum?
Apparently 'LordsGym' was in fact David Tua. That's really cool if so, don't think he's been on here much for quite some time but I'd be surprised if there was another fighter of that calibre who was a regular member of the forum.

Titofan is Audley harrison

Wouldn't mind part of the money he's probably got.
;D
How about this Kirkland Laing person? There's a former pro boxer by that same name.

Yeah, I've heard that. He used to post regularly. There may not be other fighters of that calibre... but there's gotta be other pro boxers in here. (I think).

No chance. Kirkland was not mentally right in an interview I saw of him a couple of years ago. Sad really.

I think Tam is Carl Froch.
I also think Ricky Burns post here because there is a poster here who thinks he has punching power and only he would think that.

I was going to joke that this only confirms it's the same person... but that would probably be inappropriate.

I doubt any would even admit to it if they were, would take a hammering from idiots if they did.
Imagine if we were fortunate to have someone like Pacman on here, all he would get would be steroid digs!

Re: How many current or ex-pro boxers on this forum?
Anyone been on here for a while will know that Donny has gone pro, he used to post here all the time when he was an amateur and didn't have a family, but grown up life takes up a lot of time!
I think he's 4-0 at the moment.

Re: How many current or ex-pro boxers on this forum?
I heard Vlad was on here every so often.

Hahaha yes I am Carl Froch, in disguise. How did you know it? No I'm Tam Darkes-Seddon, I don't fight , but I train in boxing and muay Thai boxing, will I fight again? Probably not, but Im starting my third year in Uni soon and I am doing my dissertation about Thai boxing, this summer I'm going to try and do a boxing coaching course so at the end of Uni I want to be a coach.
Carl Froch is my favourite fighter though no doubt.

Having sexual identity issues, there Onix?
I haven't seen you around in awhile.
I guess you've been in mourning after your man Margarito got his ass kicked.
:)

Nonsense I was around when Floyd taught your boy how to box last month.

Meanwhile, I think Margarito was spotting serving fries at a McDonalds in the slums of Tijuana where he went back to after getting his cheating ass beaten like a drum. All in all, I think Cotto's better off..... don't you think?

Re: How many current or ex-pro boxers on this forum?
Come to think of it... that was probably a bit insensitive of me, kicking a man when he's down. I should actually feel sorry for Margarito. A disgraced, cheating bum... who had a brief stay in the sun, before becoming a forgotten bum with one good eye. Meanwhile, Cotto's getting mega-fights with the likes of Floyd Mayweather. The only way Margarito even comes close to Mayweather is if they happen to meet in prison... where Margacheato is likely to end up at the end of his career. Once a street bum, always a street bum. But at least he'll have you, Onix, so suck him off once in awhile..... you know... to ease his pain.
;D

Face facts man Tony Margarito kicked Miguel Cotto's ass fair & square. He was just getting ready to do it again when the crooked NY Doc stopped the fight. Doc stopped the fight because Cotto was getting set to quit AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Tony fought from the 4 th round with one good eye Cotto couldnt put him away Cotto fought a one legged Yuri Foreman & couldnt put him away. Margarito would have decapitated Mayweather if they'd fought back then I Floyd knew it

Wow... so you're a Margarito fan.
:o
I thought that bandwagon had long been abandoned, and was rusting by the side of the road. (Sort of like Margarito's career is doing right about now.)
