Rahman must be shot by now, how does he keep getting these chances. He can't win on Saturday?
Povetkin should have very little trouble, but once again Hasim Rahman has 1 punch power (that we haven't seen since he beat Kali Meehan). Povetkin should fight Wlad next, he just won't ever step up....it's pathetic
I was thinking the other day about where Rahman stands in list of most title shots, it must be an insane amount.
Does he still have one punch KO power Lyle? I wouldn't have thought so - hasn't been seen for a long time.
Well...that's what they say happened at least ;D
The fact Rahman is a mandatory has me thinking the NFL replacement refs are calling the shots. He must be the size of a large sea vessel by now and about half as fast as one. Teddys ex should keep it smart and box The Rock into staying on his stool without much problem.
Povetkin gets him outta there in about 6-7 rounds.
I cant recall a hev fighter/contender that has ducked the division as much as he has over the course of history. I hope Rahman somehow pulls the rabbit out of the hat.
Any word on Rahman's weight
His last fight was well over a year ago and he came in at a career high 284.
fIRST OFF ı CANNOT F(%/&İNG BELIEVE rAHMAN IS STILL FIGHTING. (WHOOPS CAPS LOCK)
Amazing. Just shows how shabby thıngs are ın that dıvısıon as these guys jump up and dust themselves off thınkıng they have a decent chance to do somethıng agaın agaınst Father Tıme. I'll route for Hasım, I met hım ın Newark, NJ back ın 1999, he ıs a really nıce guy, got hıs autograph and he even "punched" me wıth a jokıng "kıdney shot" he saıd as he dıd ıt and we both laughed pretty hard. İ wıll be routıng for Hasım.

.....and it's root, route is something a bus takes
Just another pointless heavyweight fight, there are so many now.
I would watch it if it was on Box Nation just in case. is it?
Shows the desperation of heavyweight boxing

Weights: Rahman 256.6 Povetkin 229
As opposed to mid 40's foreman fighting in the 90's....
Or 50 yr old moore in the 60's...
I don't think a late 30's former champ is anything new in boxing do u? A 100% fit multiple gold medallist like Povetkin would have beaten any version of rahman just like ruiz, holy and maskaev did! Sorry. Rahman was turned into the elephant man by a 40 yr old holy (byrd and donald schooled holy!) Povetkin is better than maskaev ever was! Povetkin is better than rahman at any age! Training issues are povetkins main problem, his ability is clear!
Isn't it about time america produced a HW champ now it's been nearly 2 decades ;) U do a lot of bitching but about the division yet seem incapable of producing someone to rectify it! Oh wait NFL......What next? Transexual judo?
Feed seth mitchell to sasha next....
Seth Mitchell, Cris Arreola, Deontay Wilder, Joe Hanks....those guys would blast Povetkin out of the ring! Hell Eddie Chambers fought the guy tooth & nail without throwing many punches and you're talking shit like this?!?!?! Get the fuck outta here with that garbage
I guess what I'm trying to say is....Povetkin needs to stop being such a massive pussy and fight Wladimir. and by "fight" I mean get his ass kicked. Povetkin talked a big game about 4 years ago, showing up to Klitschko press conferences and shit, but what happened? Where did that desire to fight Wlad go??? I think it must have faded out about the time when Wlad started looking unbeatable
rahman will ko povetkin and that should be about the end of both their careers.
This fight is on Box Nation to night I will watch it.

Povetkin should make short work of Rahman, unless he gets careless and Rahman lands a lucky punch.
PolSat undercard telecast is on now.
PosSat has a light middleweight undercard fight on now. It's over, Koelling won his debut by decision but he didn't look impressive.
