Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
Haha all of a sudden Im rootin' for Charr...classic
-
They must be fighting... They r listed on boxrec, i dont know what there is to gain about pretending i think its a ploy to keep people interested by trying to keep it a surprise
-
Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
its the pole on boxrec
lee swaby too him the distance a couple of years ago
-
Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
Good on Charr for #1 wanting the fight and #2 "What's good for the goose is good for the gander" so I will enjoy Haye having the absolute crap annoyed out of him not only until he agrees to fight, but also til he agrees to the wage demands as well!
-
Building the charr fight up a bit then... Could box charr in a final eliminator..
-
Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
Haha god i hope he gets the fight and wins. Please gods of boxing let him win.
-
Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
Charr is a dick he was very poor against a robotic Vitali, got hurt and then cut and starts complaining when the fight was stopped. He made a lame effort for the biggest fight of his career. He should start again and earn his place not by copying Haye’s antics.

Sound like anyone else? Maybe a certain English fighter?
-
Haye came back and smashed chisora in a really good heavy fight, something vitali couldnt do. Now hes working his way back up it was a good move i totally think haye looks at all the forums to see what fans want cause people on here were saying for ages he should just fight!

I agree, I think Haye will smash him.
-
Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
Why fight a person that has been smashed already? Haye has little chance of improving on Vitali's performance.

He wasn't smashed he was stopped on a cut. Haye improved on Vitali's Chisora performance, why couldn't he beat Charr?
Anyone think there is chance of an Adamek fight? Adamek pulled out against Pulev and said he was going in another direction and said he wouldn't be fighting in Poland. What other fight could be making him more money?

He was on his way to being smashed. He did nothing. His performane against Vitali was as poor as Haye's was against Wlad. But the reasons are not the same. Haye sucked against Wlad cuz of one reason and one reason only. He was scared out of his fucking mind. Charr sucked against Vitali cuz he just plain fucking sucks. It's that reason I find him more annoying than Haye. Nothing worse than crap fighter seeking attention. I look at Haye as a punk with no heart. But skills he has. It's a damn shame he doesn't display them more. Overall his resume is weak. But it's got some decent names on it. Charr isn't as skilled as Haye. And his resume his even weaker. He's a garbage fighter who's also a broke fighter. He needs money. And needs it badly. He's using Haye's formula to try and get it.

Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
I hope the "tactic-copying" ends when they step into the ring. Because if I had to bet, I'd bet that the fight will not be short on hype and trash-talk..... but when they enter the ring it'll be lots of posturing and 3 punches a round.

Depends on the Haye that shows up. I was stunned how many punches he threw in the first round against Chisora. I think he threw more than he did in 12 against Valuev.

Don't see him slow out the blocks against Manuel Charr.
Charr isn't an overly huge puncher.
Haye is cautious against punchers, and rightly slow. He's worried about his chin but he did take Wlads best and survived.

That's cuz he dropped to his knees every time he got hit cleaned

not entirely true
in fact he only dropped to his knees when he was held and leaned on :)

Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
he is? by talking huge amounts of trash before the fight, only to run the whole time and cry broken toe at the end of a huge career defining bout???
i saw charr at least TRY against Klit. haye is a joke.

Charr did poorly all he did was hold up his hands and take punches he protested more after the fight than he did during it.

just wish he'd hurry up and name an opponent. Taking the piss

With that in mind, I may have to lower my prediction to a lot of posturing and TWO punches per round.

Haye would batter Charr, he only through 2 punches per rounds against Valuev because Nikolai through less than that.

Well it depends. If Haye doesn't perceive Charr as a threat, he'll display his god-given boxing skills and make an entertaining fight of it. If he perceives him as a threat, however, well...... we've all seen how Haye reacts to that. ;)

like i said, he did better than haye. at least charr landed a few heavy punches.

Haye fought the younger more dangerous brother. David wants vital I now because he is beatable.

Agreed.
Haye will stop Vitali.

In a fight? Ha! You're outta your God damn mind. I bet if you went up to David Haye himself and told him "You're gonna stop Vitali" Haye would say "You don't know shit about boxing"

Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
For the record it is @Vendettos that says Haye will beat Vitali, I do not. Vitali will be fully motivated for the fight and would smash Haye to bits as he hates him as much as Wlad does.

I say Vitali is slow now, Haye needs redemption, and will need to go for it.

Re: Manuel Charr attempts to lure Haye, by copying his tactics.
shame haye nver bothered to sign the multiple contracts to fight vitali when he had the chance to then.... now vitali is more of a politician than a boxer we will bever know !... haye had multiple chances to fight vitali and it was him who turned them down..... maybe haye should go and fight valuev again....

Haye would say it had a lot of clauses in it but either way the fight has not happened and I think Vitali will retire before fighting Haye. Hope I am wrong.

haye says a lot of things :S wladimir gave him 50% of the purse for their fight :S... haye was certainly getting a good deal.. he had multiple chances to fight vitali and he chose valuev and chisora instead :S

I am not siding with Haye but he took a gamble and beat Valuev so that he could go back to the negotiating table with Wlad and ask for more money and rights to their fight. He chose Chisora because he said Vitali said fight him first which he did and Vitali still did not agree to fight with him.
