Adrien Broner KNOCKED OUT in sparring???

Just heard that Broner was knocked out during sparring by Olympian Errol Spence who's 4-0...

I hope there's a video on it :D

Broner and his team probably started this rumor as an obnoxious late April Fools.

Is that the guy that got shafted in the olympics and was fighting more like a pro than amateur as in all his punches had mean intentions. If it is him I could totally see it happening

Any more info on this Mick?? Does anyone think that a KO like that in sparring could sap the confidence right out of a fighter??

Broner definitely ships too many punches for a supposed "Floyd" imitation. If Rees managed to catch him clean a good few times I would be sure someone larger is gonna KO him sooner or later...

There is no find until there is evidence to back it up. 'Good find', nothing has been found. Mick knows to provide some kind of link rather than just start a thread with nothing to back it up.

It wouldn't surprise me. He copped a lot of clean punches vs Rees, and of course there is a big difference between sparring and an actual fight.

But, Erroll Spence got shafted in the Olympics. American talent has been off as of late in the am's, but Spence was REAL MONEY. So, these things can happen.

It aint just Mick saying it, this is circulating strong around the internet and Vegas apparently.

It's not so unbelievable. Spence is a fair bit bigger than Broner.

And you know how these things snowball, getting dropped could turn into knocked out.

I don't see why anyone should give him shit for it. I'm sure all our favorite fighters have gotten dropped, knocked out or taken a beating in training at some point.

I believe it because no one involved has come out and called it bullshit.

Sparring partners have a duty of silence over anything that happens in sparring, its like a gentlemans code. Every boxer unless there is a personal gripe has respect for each other and they dont go out belittling someone they hurt. Plus, Spence would get kicked out of the gym for it I would have thought, or at least hed be wary of that happening.

Remember the Miranda kncking out Dawson? Well there is a video of Mirandas trainer on youtube explaining what happened. Like someone else has said, there is no smoke without fire.

What it means? Broner should tighten his defence up if he wants to achieve greatness. Would he have been able to come back against Mosley after taking that big right hand that Mayweather took? Maybe not. It will certainly effect his match making. Hes already fighting Malignagi;D

IF this is true...the sparring partner is going to be silent. It's not going to look good if the most hyped fighter in boxing got knocked out in camp. That being said...why would anyone be SHOCKED if this was true?! Broner's defense is incredibly overrated...and if he got hit hard by a big guy...
