FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Should be a decent main event here. Personally, Paris leaves alot to be desired after being stripped down against Judah and I actually think Perez can pull this one out. Co main is hard luck Cornelius Lock 20-6-1 (13) looking to get back on track vs Lonnie Smith 14-4-3 (10)...not that Lonnie Smith. Not exactly an eye grabbing card but its live boxing and its what we do ;D
Showtime has a Showbox card following with Dierry Jean v. Cleotis Pendarvis in main event.
Hey the good news...Nascar :lyle: actually ended EARLY for a change

Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
There was a thread about favorite ring announcers....I think I just found her ;D
Smith with Saigon Skipper Kelp in his corner? Cool.
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Very tight heated round one with Lock v Smith! Both winging
Prediction: Someone is going to sleep...Smith off a Lock straight left shortly me thinks :-X

There is probably medication that you could take for that. ;D
Or is it liquid medication that is the cause of it. :alcoholic:

This referee is a strange one, he acts like he doesn't want to get involved. He's out of position too much.
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
I wish a strong wind would blow and push that Joe Lewis fist right into Teddy's face. :fight:
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
These two are just crude dudes and chewing each other up...didn't think Lock had the legs left. Hard shots
For all who care... Vic the Crab fighting tomorrow night :-X

He def takes his time about it...now he just docked a point on Smith for spitting his mouthpiece?!

He can get on the nerves, but he tells it the way he sees it. He would not fit in with Kellerman and Lampley.
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
I need to get me a suit of platemail like that and wear it to work. Lock gets the Unam. Dec...Smith acts shocked.
Carol roe ??? Oh myyy

Gotta love Teddy. Hes that broken toy you just cannot replace. Kellerman cut his teeth with Atlas on early FNF. GREAT back and forth TV ;D

Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Paris better pack a lunch...why the 50+ people in the damn corner ??? Come on Perez, get in his chest
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Paris looks soft in the body...and bored
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Paris look pudgy and soft
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Paris needs a glove on that left forearm...lots of push and shove by both. Perez has the right idea digging that gut but needs to get small and pick a side to slide...1-1 even up.

Lol like he got the call last night.
Got the Showtime card on the tube and this card on stream as Espn is not available here. Looking forward to the Dierry Jean fight.
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Paris honestly looks like he'd rather be somewhere else??? Out hustle all over it. 3-1 Perez but he better not count on judges

Stumped on Jean myself, mystery..what do you think of him?
Cant help but see Perez winning this one so far...does Paris know something we dont ???
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Tight round for Paris in 6th, more active and out...4-2 Perez here. Perez sneak left cannot miss
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Man...Broner looks bloated and fat

I think he's pretty good but them saying this fight leads to a title is a little premature.
Nothing surprises me anymore when fights go to the cards.

Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Heats up on ropes and they trade, ref warns both. Perez letting it slip away 4-3 Perez. Paris has found a groove and boxing a bit on the cheap, but picking tempo
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Even up 4-4...Paris starting to walk him on the leash of a sort, Perez left eye looks gnarly.
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Perez has this for me. I think Paris will need to stop him, or get a KD at least. Could get a hometown decision tho
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
5-4 Perez off ninth. Busy and Paris looking to time it out late. Keep waiting and wanting Perez to kick it up to 2nd gear
-
Jean and Pendarvis in the ring now, I have not seen these guys before tonight.
-
Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Lol two judges in the Jean fight are named Ritter as well as the ref. Perhaps Jean needs a Ko here.

Gotta agree! I have Perez in last round 6-4 but Paris fought like he was told all he needed was to remain upright..he just went through the motions.
To the judges :-X

Ridiculous scores

Re: FNF Vernon Paris v. Manuel Perez
Wow WTF ??? Teddy reads the verdict...98-92 etc ? Garbage. Paris going no where with that approach

Jean looks a cagey sharp shooter, quick.
